基于达芬奇技术的智能视频分析系统硬件设计

【摘要】:随着嵌入式系统技术、数字信号处理技术和视频分析技术的进步,视频监控正从传统的人工监控朝着智能监控的方向发展。中国安防市场在“科技强警”、“金融联网监控”、“平安城市”等项目的拉动下,市场需求急剧增长,整个安防市场的规模迅速扩大。本课题根据智能无线视频监控系统项目对硬件平台的需求,选用TI公司高性能的达芬奇系列DSP芯片TMS320DM6437作为主处理器,围绕其进行外围电路的设计,完成了智能视频分析系统硬件设计。 本论文主要完成了六个方面的工作: 1、介绍了智能视频监控系统的发展现状、达芬奇技术的概况、本课题的来源和意义。 2、介绍了智能视频监控系统的总体方案,完成了系统主要元器件的选型,硬件电路总体设计,传输协议的选择和视频压缩编码标准的选择。 3、介绍了主处理器TMS320DM6437的基本结构和各个部分的功能。主处理器包括DSP子系统,视频处理子系统(VPSS)和丰富的外围设备接口。 4、完成了整个系统各个模块的硬件电路设计。电源模块进行了电源类型需求分析和电源电路详细设计;时钟模块介绍了DSP时钟和各个模块时钟产生电路;复位和启动模块介绍了系统复位电路和启动模式配置电路;外部存储器扩展模块介绍了DDR2SDRAM的扩展电路和NOR FLASH的扩展电路;视频模块介绍了视频输入电路和视频输出电路;音频模块介绍了多通道缓冲串行口(McBSP)和音频接口电路;Ethernet模块介绍了以太网电路;串口电路部分介绍了RS485接口电路和RS232接口电路;然后介绍了JTAG接口电路。 5、介绍了典型的PCB板层安排,完成了智能视频分析系统PCB板层设计,DDR2SDRAM器件布局的注意事项和整个电路板元器件的布局,PCB布线的注意事项和整个系统的PCB设计。 6、总结了本论文的主要工作并阐述了未来可以继续努力的方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of embedded system technology, digital signal processing technology and video analysis technology, video surveillance is developing from traditional manual monitoring to intelligent monitoring. China's security market has been driven by projects such as "science and technology," financial network monitoring, "and" Ping an City, "which have led to a sharp increase in market demand and a rapid expansion of the scale of the entire security market. According to the demand of the hardware platform of the intelligent wireless video surveillance system project, the paper selects TMS320DM6437, a series of high performance DSP chips of TI Company, as the main processor, and designs the peripheral circuit around it. The hardware design of intelligent video analysis system is completed. This paper mainly completed six aspects of the work: 1, introduced the development of intelligent video surveillance system, da Vinci technology overview, The source and significance of this subject. 2. The overall scheme of the intelligent video surveillance system is introduced. The selection of the main components of the system and the overall design of the hardware circuit are completed. The basic structure and functions of the main processor TMS320DM6437 are introduced. The main processor includes DSP subsystem, video processing subsystem (VPSS) and abundant peripheral interface. The power supply module has carried on the power type demand analysis and the power supply circuit detailed design; the clock module has introduced the DSP clock and each module clock generation circuit; the reset and start module has introduced the system reset circuit and the start mode configuration circuit; External memory expansion module introduces DDR2 SDRAM expansion circuit and nor flash expansion circuit, video module introduces video input circuit and video output circuit, audio module introduces multi-channel buffer serial port (McBSP) and audio interface circuit. Ethernet module introduces Ethernet circuit, serial port circuit introduces RS485 interface circuit and RS232 interface circuit, and then introduces JTAG interface circuit. The PCB layer design of the intelligent video analysis system has been completed, and the matters needing attention in the layout of DDR2 SDRAM, the layout and the PCB wiring of the whole circuit board and the PCB design of the whole system have been completed. 6. The main contents of this paper have been summarized. Work and explain the direction that can continue to work hard in the future.
