小型液压压力机液压控制系统设计及仿真(英文)

【摘要】:设计了一种采用PLC控制的小型液压压力机的液压系统,主要进行了系统设计、液压缸内径的确定、PLC系统配置和选型以及控制程序设计,该系统主要特点在于响应快,高效率,操作方便,工作可靠。同时采用AMESim液压机械仿真软件对该液压系统进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:在压力机液压系统设计中采用辅助缸来实现快速上下行,响应速度快,工作效率高,功率损失少,为液压压力机的液压系统设计及其半自动化控制提供了一定的理论参考。
