多平行轴斜齿轮转子系统的可靠性及可靠性灵敏度研究

【摘要】:齿轮传动广泛的应用于各类机械产品中,齿轮系统工作状态极为复杂,而齿轮产品也不同程度的存在着振动噪声问题,因此,有必要对齿轮系统进行深入的动力学研究,找到根源所在,实现精密、平稳、高速传动。 本文考虑了齿轮基本参数如模数、齿宽、螺旋角、方位角、变异系数、压力角等参数,轴承支撑刚度和支撑阻尼的影响,利用ANSYS软件的APDL语言建立了单轴和多平行轴齿轮转子系统的有限元模型,分别对单轴和多平行轴转子系统进行了固有特性分析,在此基础上,建立了齿轮转子系统的力学模型,建立了系统的运动微分方程,研究了在静态传递误差激励下,多平行轴齿轮转子系统的动力学响应问题,得到了齿轮啮合点的振动位移。 接着,基于ISIGHT设计软件,将其与ANSYS结合,基于拉丁方方法,对有限元模型进行了试验设计,得到了有限元响应样本,并结合BP神经网络,建立了响应和基本随机变量之间的函数关系,并对网络进行了检验,验证了可以用神经网络代替有限元模型,进行可靠性设计和可靠性灵敏度设计。 基于可靠度求解中的一次二阶矩法,利用MATLAB语言进行编程,得到转子系统可靠度,并与随机模拟法(MCS)进行对比,证明一次二阶矩法的正确以及准确性。基于可靠性灵敏度理论,利用MATLAB编程,将随机变量无量纲化后,得到可靠度对基本随机变量的可靠性灵敏度,并对灵敏度进行排序,找到对可靠性影响程度大的参数。 本文得到了影响系统可靠性的关键因素,为产品的设计、制造、生产过程提供了重要的参考,具有实际应用价值。
[Abstract]:Gear transmission is widely used in all kinds of mechanical products, the working state of the gear system is very complex, and the gear products also exist different degree of noise and vibration problems, therefore, it is necessary to study the dynamics of the gear system, find the root of the precision, stable, high-speed transmission.
This paper considers the basic parameters such as gear modulus, tooth width, helix angle, azimuth angle, variation coefficient, pressure angle and other parameters, the bearing support stiffness and damping effect of the support, establish a finite element model of single axis and multi parallel axis gear rotor system by using ANSYS software APDL language, respectively for single axis and multi parallel shaft rotor system inherent characteristic analysis, on this basis, established the mechanical model of gear rotor system, the equation of motion of the system, the transmission error excitation under static, multi parallel shaft gear rotor system dynamic response problem, the vibration displacement of gear meshing point.
Then, based on the ISIGHT software, combined with ANSYS, a Latin square method based on the finite element model of the experimental design, the finite element response samples, and combined with BP neural network, and establishes the functional relationship between the response and the basic random variables, and the network is tested, verification can be used neural network instead of finite element model, reliability design and reliability sensitivity design.
The reliability of the solution of a two order moment method based on the use of MATLAB programming language, get the system reliability, and stochastic simulation method (MCS) were compared to prove a two order moment method is correct and accurate. The reliability sensitivity based on the theory of the use of MATLAB programming, the dimensionless random variables after the reliability sensitivity of reliability on the basic random variables, and sort the sensitivity, find the parameter influence on reliability degree.
In this paper, the key factors affecting the reliability of the system have been obtained, which provide an important reference for the design, manufacture and production of the product, and have practical application value.
