【摘要】:转载系统是散料输送系统的重要组成部分,它的设计直接影响输送带的使用寿命,对周围环境也有极大的影响。离散元法(DEM)是一种研究非连续性颗粒物质结构和运行规律的数值方法,广泛应用于岩体工程、采矿工程、散料运输等方面。将DEM应用于转载系统的设计中可以在没有可靠理论研究工业设备中颗粒运动的情况下,得到在实验中不易测得的数据,设计并优化设备结构。参数化设计是一种广泛应用在工业界的全新设计方法,减少了产品设计中繁琐的重复性工作,提高工作效率和质量。 回顾了转载站的发展历程,提出了转载站各部分的优化设计方法。以Pro/Program参数化尺寸驱动为基础,创建了转载站的参数模型样板,进一步利用Pro/E提供的二次开发工具ProToolkit与Visual C++2005编程环境,以动态链接库(DLL)的形式实现了Pro/E与MFC的连接,在Pro/E中添加菜单条、下拉菜单项及弹出式对话框,开发出了参数化的转载站系统。该系统具有直观、友好的用户设计界面,通过输入一些基本参数就可以生成产相应转载站三维模型,模型可以自动转化成可导入EDEM软件的iges格式,进行离散元仿真,大大缩短设计周期。 比较了几种典型转载站结构的优缺点和适用环境。以某工程中转载站为实例,实验比较了减低剪切模量和增大颗粒粒度等方法对DEM计算时间和实验结果的影响,提出了减少DEM仿真时间的方法。利用EDEM软件实现了散料转载过程的可视化,比较分析了直线型溜槽、折线型溜槽和曲线型溜槽中物料转载效果,提出了理想的溜槽结构。仿真分析了在转载溜槽中添加筛条和阶梯等结构对控制料流和降低输送带磨损的效果。
[Abstract]:Transfer system is an important part of bulk material conveying system, it directly affects the service life of the conveyer belt, also have great influence on the surrounding environment. The discrete element method (DEM) is a kind of numerical method of discontinuous granular material structure and operation rules, widely used in rock engineering and mining engineering. The bulk material transportation. Based on DEM system can be reproduced in the absence of a reliable theory about motion of particles in industrial equipment, are not easily measured in the experiment data, the design and optimization of device structure. Parametric design is a new design method is widely used in the industry. To reduce the tedious repetitive work in product design, improve work efficiency and quality.
Review of the transfer station of the development process, put forward the optimization design method of each part of the transfer station. On the basis of Pro/Program parameterized model parameters, create a transfer station, further provided by Pro/E two development tools ProToolkit and Visual C++2005 programming environment, a dynamic link library (DLL) is achieved in the form of connect Pro/E and MFC, add in the Pro/E menu, the drop-down menu and pop-up dialog box, developed a parameterized transfer station system. The system is intuitive, user friendly interface, by inputting some basic parameters can generate the corresponding production transfer station of 3D model, model can be automatically translated into import the EDEM software of the IGES format, discrete element simulation, greatly shorten the design cycle.
Comparison of several typical transfer station structure advantages and disadvantages and applicable environment. Taking a project transfer station as an example, the influence of experimental comparison of shear modulus and the increase of particle size reduction methods of calculation time and experimental results of DEM, put forward the method to reduce the time of DEM simulation. Visualization of bulk material reproduced by EDEM process software, comparative analysis of the straight chute, the effects of the material transfer line type and curve type chute chute chute structure, put forward the ideal simulation analysis. Adding sieve and ladder structure material flow and reduce the wear effect on the conveyor belt control in the transfer chute.
