【摘要】:目前,我国木塑行业正处于快速发展时期,在国家循环经济和企业效益的双重推动下,木塑行业必将迎来一个蓬勃发展的春天。随着森林资源的日渐匮乏,开发出经济环保绿色的新型材料是未来发展的必然趋势。托盘作为整个物流过程的重要物流装备,特别在装卸搬运和运输过程中起着不可替代的作用。森林资源的减少势必会推动着托盘成本的增加,这也是当前国内外面临的一项重要的课题。随着可持续发展的提出,绿色、环保、经济等概念已经成为主流,研发和研究新型材料的伐木托盘,利用木粉、竹屑、稻壳以及废弃的塑料木塑托盘具有良好的经济效益、社会效益和环保效益,同时也促进我国木塑行业的发展。 本论文首先介绍了研究背景和意义,通过阅读大量的文献,分析了国内外新型环保伐木材料现状以及国内外木塑行业的现状,运用绿色物流的相关理论,阐述了现代社会中绿色物流包装材料的重要性。其次,结合木塑复合材料的生产工艺以及托盘的实际加工情况,对新型木塑复合材料的工艺流程就行研究。然后,运用力学相关的理论对新型环保木塑托盘进行力学分析,构建新型环保木塑托盘的力学分析模型,然后进行力学实验。最后,通过对木塑托盘与木质托盘进行比较分析,充分体现了新型环保木塑托盘的资源优势以及性能的优势,阐明了新型环保木塑托盘的开发应用前景,并提出了新型环保木塑托盘的开发建议,以及存在的一些问题。本研究为新型环保木塑托盘的进一步研究打下了坚实的基础。 本文通过对新型环保的木塑托盘的研究,为我国建立托盘联运系统提供了依据,对促进托盘标准化以及我国现在物流技术的发展有着深远的影响。
[Abstract]:At present, China's wood-plastic industry is in a period of rapid development, under the dual promotion of national circular economy and enterprise efficiency, wood-plastic industry will usher in a booming spring, with the increasing scarcity of forest resources. It is an inevitable trend for the future to develop a new type of material which is green and economic. Pallet is an important logistics equipment in the whole logistics process. Especially in the loading and unloading and transportation process plays an irreplaceable role. The reduction of forest resources is bound to promote the increase of tray costs. With the development of sustainable development, green, environmental protection, economic and other concepts have become the mainstream, research and development of new materials logging tray, the use of wood flour. Bamboo chips, rice husks and waste plastic wooden plastic trays have good economic, social and environmental benefits, and also promote the development of wood and plastic industry in China. This paper first introduced the research background and significance, through reading a large number of documents, analyzed the status of new environmental logging materials at home and abroad and the current situation of wood and plastic industry at home and abroad, the use of green logistics theory. This paper expounds the importance of green logistics packaging materials in modern society. Secondly, combined with the production technology of wood-plastic composites and the actual processing of pallets. The technological process of the new wood-plastic composite material is studied. Then, the mechanics analysis of the new-type eco-friendly wood-plastic tray is carried out by using the theory of mechanics, and the mechanical analysis model of the new-type eco-friendly wood-plastic tray is constructed. Finally, through the comparative analysis of wood plastic tray and wood tray, fully reflect the new environmental protection wood plastic tray resource advantages and performance advantages. The prospect of development and application of new environmental protection wood plastic pallets is expounded, and suggestions for the development of new environmental protection wood plastic pallets are put forward. This study has laid a solid foundation for the further research of new environmental protection wood-plastic tray. Based on the research of new type of wood plastic pallets, this paper provides the basis for the establishment of trays combined transport system in China, and has a profound influence on the promotion of pallet standardization and the development of logistics technology in China.
