【摘要】:面齿轮传动作为一种新型齿轮传动,具有结构紧凑、传动比大、重合度高、安装简便、小轮易于制造等优点。因其独特的分流传动特性,在航空动力传输领域具有广泛的应用前景。为了提高面齿轮的传动性能和啮合质量,,本文提出了小轮双鼓修形、曲面锥形砂轮展成磨削面齿轮的方法。 1.研究了圆弧轨迹、抛物线轨迹两种小轮双鼓齿面修形方法,建立了展成坐标系,推导了双鼓修形小轮、面齿轮齿面方程及啮合方程;用Matlab计算并绘制了小轮双鼓修形与原渐开线齿面间的失配量关系图。 2.建立了计及安装误差的轮齿接触分析模型,研究了局部共轭面齿轮副的啮合特性,通过计算机啮合仿真,给出了小轮齿向单向修形、小轮双鼓修形的接触路径和传动误差;分析了不同修形参数对小轮双鼓修形面齿轮副啮合性能的影响。 3.提出了小轮双鼓成形磨齿以及曲面锥形砂轮展成磨削正交面齿轮的方法;建立了小轮磨削砂轮与小轮、面齿轮磨削砂轮与面齿轮的坐标系,推导了小轮磨削、大轮磨削砂轮的轴截面廓形及回转面方程;研究了面齿轮磨削组合砂轮的修整原理;建立了面齿轮磨齿模型。 4.结合现有的514型插齿机,设计了一种面齿轮插齿加工工装。完成了面齿轮插齿加工,小轮双鼓修形磨削试验,在Y9550型锥齿轮滚检机上进行了滚检和噪声实验。实验结果,验证了小轮双鼓修形理论方法的可行性与正确性。
[Abstract]:As a new type of gear transmission, face gear transmission has the advantages of compact structure, high transmission ratio, high coincidence degree, simple installation and easy manufacture of small wheels. In order to improve the transmission performance and meshing quality of surface gear, a new method of grinding surface gear with small wheel double drum and curved cone grinding wheel is presented in this paper. 1. The arc trajectory and parabola trajectory are studied, and the two methods of tooth surface modification are established, and the equations of tooth surface and meshing are derived. The mismatch relationship between double drum modification of small wheel and original involute tooth surface is calculated and drawn by Matlab. 2. The gear tooth contact analysis model considering the installation error is established, and the meshing characteristic of the local conjugate face gear pair is studied. Through the computer meshing simulation, the unidirectional modification of the small wheel tooth is given. Contact path and transmission error of small wheel double drum modification; The influence of different modification parameters on meshing performance of gear pair with double drum modification surface is analyzed. 3. The method of grinding orthogonal face gear with small wheel double drum forming grinding and curved cone grinding wheel is put forward. The coordinate system of grinding wheel and wheel and surface gear grinding wheel and surface gear grinding wheel are established. The axial section profile and rotary surface equation of small wheel grinding wheel and large wheel grinding wheel are derived. The dressing principle of surface gear grinding combined grinding wheel is studied. The surface gear grinding model is established. 4. According to the existing 514 gear shaper, a gear shaper machining tool is designed. The surface gear shaper is finished, and the small wheel double drum grinding experiment is carried out. The rolling test and noise test are carried out on Y9550 bevel gear roller tester. The experimental results verify the feasibility and correctness of the theoretical method of small wheel double drum modification.
