【摘要】:轴流式通风机广泛应用于矿山、冶金、电力等行业,是其通风给风系统的最主要设备,相比离心式通风机,其最大的特点是流量大、压头低。目前,600MW发电机组已成为火力发电厂的主力机组,并且有向1000MW发展的趋势,随着单机容量的不断增大,离心通风机在尺寸、重量等方面的缺点越来越明显,采用轴流通风机成为必然。并且随着电网峰谷变化,要求大部分火电厂均需承担调峰作用,动叶可调轴流风机应用越来越多。因此,研究其性能,对节能降耗有很重要的意义。 本文首先对电厂脱硫增压风机的运行工况进行了分析,从其实际运行工况出发,分析了其安全裕量、实际运行效率等表示风机性能的重要参数,找出其运行中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的建议,对电厂节能降耗有重要的借鉴意义。 然后根据实测的该轴流风机的几何尺寸,经三维坐标转换后在Fluent前处理软件GAMBIT中进行建模和网格划分,确定计算域和设置边界条件,将网格文件导入Fluent软件,求解器采用基于压力的非耦合隐式求解器,模拟出轴流风机的内部流场。通过改变风机的性能参数和结构参数,例如风机的流量、叶轮转速、叶片安装角,分别进行模拟,并对其流动特性进行分析。结果表明数值模拟能较好的反应流体的真实流动情况,对应工况模拟计算和实际运行参数吻合较好,这对缩短风机产品研发的周期以及降低研发成本有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Axial flow fan is widely used in mining, metallurgy, electric power and other industries. It is the main equipment of its ventilation and air supply system. Compared with centrifugal fan, its biggest characteristic is high flow rate and low pressure head. 600MW generating set has become the main unit of thermal power plant, and has the trend of development to 1000MW. With the increasing of single unit capacity, the size of centrifugal fan is in size. The disadvantages of weight are becoming more and more obvious, so it is necessary to adopt axial flow fan, and with the change of power network peak and valley, most thermal power plants are required to take the peak-shaving role. The adjustable axial flow fan with moving blade is applied more and more, so it is very important to study its performance to save energy and reduce consumption. In this paper, the operation condition of desulfurization and pressurized fan in power plant is analyzed, and the important parameters such as safety margin and actual operation efficiency are analyzed. The main problems in operation are found out, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward, which is of great significance for energy saving and consumption reduction in power plants. Then according to the measured geometric size of the axial flow fan, the 3D coordinate transformation is carried out in the Fluent pre-processing software GAMBIT to model and mesh, to determine the calculation area and set the boundary conditions. The grid file is imported into Fluent software and the non-coupled implicit solver based on pressure is used to simulate the internal flow field of the axial fan. The performance parameters and structure parameters of the fan are changed. For example, the fan flow rate, impeller speed, blade installation angle are simulated, and its flow characteristics are analyzed. The results show that the numerical simulation can better the real flow of reaction fluid. The simulation and calculation of the corresponding operating conditions are in good agreement with the actual operating parameters, which is of great significance to shorten the cycle of the research and development of fan products and to reduce the R & D cost.
