【摘要】:滚动轴承的振动特性是滚动轴承的重要动态性能,滚动轴承的摩擦力矩是评价轴承寿命与旋转灵活性的重要指标,振动与摩擦力矩影响着轴承的寿命、噪声与可靠性。轴承被广泛的应用于各种机械,所以对轴承的振动和摩擦力矩进行深入研究是十分必要的。由于振动和摩擦力矩数据具有随机性和非稳定性,因此用经典的统计学理论往往不能精确计算出轴承的振动和摩擦力矩和预测数据的变化趋势。本文将混沌理论和模糊数学理论引入到轴承振动和摩擦力矩预测领域,用这两种理论重构相空间,使轴承性能时间序列的原始动力学特征得到最优恢复。 本文采用实验的方法获得了轴承振动的实验数据,得到轴承内滚道和钢球在三中故障直径下的振动数据。构建一种基于模糊相似关系的求解相空间重构参数的数学模型,可以求出最优嵌入维数m*、最优延迟时间τ*以及表征振动时间序列模糊特性的最优模糊测度。通过数学模型对振动数据进行应用研究,结果表明,最优模糊测度平均值u随着内滚道故障直径的不断增加而急剧减小,最优模糊测度平均值u与钢球故障直径呈现非线性减小的趋势。 本文同样采用实验的方法获得了轴承摩擦力矩的实验数据,得到五套KAT轴承摩擦力矩在三转速下的摩擦力矩数据。本文构建另一种基于模糊等价关系的求解相空间重构参数的数学模型,,可以同时求出最优嵌入维数m*、最优延迟时间τ*以及表征轴承摩擦力矩模糊特性的最优模糊测度。五套轴承摩擦力矩时间序列经计算表明,最优模糊测度平均值u的平均值与转速呈现一种近似线性减小的关系。
[Abstract]:Vibration characteristic of rolling bearing is an important dynamic performance of rolling bearing. Friction moment of rolling bearing is an important index to evaluate bearing life and rotation flexibility. Vibration and friction moment affect bearing life. Bearing is widely used in various kinds of machinery, so it is very necessary to study the vibration and friction torque of bearing. Because the data of vibration and friction torque are random and unstable. Therefore, the classical statistical theory often can not accurately calculate the vibration and friction moment of bearing and the change trend of predicted data. In this paper, chaos theory and fuzzy mathematics theory are introduced into the prediction collar of bearing vibration and friction moment. Domain. Using these two theories to reconstruct the phase space, the original dynamic characteristics of the bearing performance time series can be recovered optimally. In this paper, the experimental data of bearing vibration are obtained by experimental method. The vibration data of bearing inner raceway and steel ball under three fault diameters are obtained. A mathematical model based on fuzzy similarity relation is constructed to solve the phase space reconstruction parameters, and the optimal embedding dimension m * can be obtained. The optimal delay time 蟿 * and the optimal fuzzy measure to characterize the fuzzy characteristics of vibration time series are discussed. The application of the mathematical model to the vibration data shows that. The mean value of the optimal fuzzy measure u decreases sharply with the increasing of the fault diameter of the inner raceway, and the average value of the optimal fuzzy measure u and the fault diameter of the steel ball show a nonlinear decreasing trend. In this paper, the experimental data of bearing friction moment are also obtained by the method of experiment. Five sets of friction torque data of KAT bearing at three speeds are obtained. Another mathematical model of phase space reconstruction parameters based on fuzzy equivalent relationship is constructed in this paper. At the same time, the optimal embedding dimension, the optimal delay time 蟿 * and the optimal fuzzy measure representing the fuzzy characteristics of the bearing friction torque can be obtained simultaneously. Five sets of bearing friction moment time series have been calculated. The average value of the optimal fuzzy measure u is approximately linearly reduced with the rotational speed.
