【摘要】:滑移装载机,也被称之为多功能工程车,是一种利用左右车轮线速度的差异从而实现转向的轮式工程机械,采用轮式行走,四轮驱动,滑移转向,能够在工作现场随机快速更换或挂接各种工作装置,以适应不同的工作环境和作业内容。滑移装载机的行走系统普遍采用闭式液压系统,其传动较平稳,液压冲击和能量损失小,结构简单,易于布置管路,维修方便等特点显而易见。 本文以XT750滑移装载机的设计开发实际项目为背景,对其行走闭式液压系统进行设计研究。详细分析了闭式液压系统的特点,并与开式系统作比较,分析其优缺点。指出闭式液压系统在行走系统中应用的关键技术。以XT750滑移装载机为例,根据设计的系统原理图,对它的行走闭式液压系统进行展开设计,并进行了对液压系统的计算与各零部件的选型工作,并进行了匹配及效率计算。通过对滑移装载机行走闭式液压系统的分析,推导出行走闭式液压系统、行走控制系统的传递函数,建立数学模型,并对以阀控缸为模型的液压控制系统进行优化推导分析,得出稳定性好的控制系统。整机装配下线后对行走系统进行详细的检测,根据各检测图表的结果显示,行走系统稳定性较高,操控性能较好,各项指标均达到设计要求。
[Abstract]:Slip loader, also known as multi-function engineering vehicle, is a kind of wheel-type construction machinery, which uses wheel walking, four-wheel drive and slip steering to realize steering by using the difference of linear speed of left and right wheels. In order to adapt to different working environment and work content, the sliding loader generally adopts closed hydraulic system, and its transmission is relatively stable. The hydraulic impact and energy loss are small, the structure is simple, the pipeline is easy to be arranged and the maintenance is convenient. Based on the design and development of XT750 sliding loader, this paper studies the design of the closed hydraulic system. The characteristics of the closed hydraulic system are analyzed in detail and compared with the open system. This paper analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and points out the key technology of the application of closed hydraulic system in walking system. Taking XT750 slip loader as an example, according to the system schematic diagram designed. The working closed hydraulic system is designed, and the hydraulic system is calculated and the parts are selected. Through the analysis of the closed hydraulic system of the sliding loader, the transfer function of the walking closed hydraulic system and the walking control system are deduced, and the mathematical model is established. The hydraulic control system with valve control cylinder as the model is optimized and analyzed, and the stable control system is obtained. After the whole machine is assembled off the line, the walking system is tested in detail, and the results of each test chart are shown. The stability of walking system is high, the performance of operation is good, and all the indexes meet the design requirements.
