机械产品设计知识管理系统研究

【摘要】:摘要:知识是企业的竞争力的重要因素之一,机械产品设计的竞争力也在很大程度上由设计者的知识水平决定。知识对产品的性能如此重要,如何实现知识的掌控和管理成为非常关键的问题。管理一个对象的前提是了解该对象的状态,管理企业设计知识必须了解设计者、设计部门乃至于整个企业设计团队的知识状态和水平,这样才能通过主动的知识传播、知识分配和整合利用知识,避免风险。本文描述了一个完整的知识管理系统,在建立知识库的基础上,着重研究知识的监测,通过对知识监测实施和设计团队知识评价两方面的探索促进知识的学习和管理。 一、论述企业知识管理相关内容的研究现状,分析新产品开发知识管理存在的问题,提出包含知识监测的知识管理系统的研究意义和研究内容; 二、对知识管理系统进行需求分析,并且设计系统的组织结构和功能模块; 三、根据系统中知识库的建立,设计知识资源对应的测题,建立测题库,探索知识监测的实施方法; 四、设计推拉结合的知识供应机制和知识发布方案,使知识以更好的方式呈现给用户,辅助学习; 五、研究SCORM规范中教学管理系统的数据导出,探索设计团队知识统计模型,得到知识监测分析评价,根据评价结果进行专家授权; 六、在基于WEB的网络平台上测试系统的运行,得到一个既可以实现企业知识辅助和共享,又可以对企业知识状态进行实时监控的知识管理系统。 课题的应用实例是某企业面向制造的设计(DFM)知识:《简明工艺指南》、《典型工艺指南》和《电装工艺指南》。 本文根据企业知识管理的目标需求探索了一种包含知识状态监测的知识管理系统,在辅助企业人员掌握知识的同时,帮助企业管理者了解员工的知识结构和状态,更好的进行人员考核、决策和安排。该知识管理系统的创新,不仅具有一定的理论意义,也具有广泛的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: knowledge is one of the important factors in the competitiveness of enterprises, and the competitiveness of mechanical product design is to a large extent determined by the knowledge level of the designer. Knowledge is so important to the performance of the product. How to realize the control and management of knowledge becomes a key problem. The premise of managing an object is to understand the state of the object, and the management of enterprise design knowledge must know the designer. The design department and even the entire enterprise design team's knowledge state and the level, only then can through the initiative knowledge dissemination, the knowledge distribution and the conformity uses the knowledge. To avoid risk. This paper describes a complete knowledge management system, based on the establishment of a knowledge base, focusing on the study of knowledge monitoring. Knowledge learning and management are promoted through knowledge monitoring implementation and design team knowledge evaluation. The main contents are as follows: 1. The research status of knowledge management related to enterprise knowledge management is discussed, the existing problems of knowledge management in new product development are analyzed, and the research significance and content of knowledge management system including knowledge monitoring are put forward. Second, analyze the requirement of the knowledge management system, and design the organization structure and function module of the system; Thirdly, according to the establishment of the knowledge base in the system, the corresponding test questions of the knowledge resources are designed, the test question bank is established, and the implementation method of knowledge monitoring is explored. Fourth, design the knowledge supply mechanism and the knowledge release plan of the combination of push and pull, so that the knowledge can be presented to the user in a better way and help to learn; Fifthly, study the data export of teaching management system in SCORM specification, explore the design of team knowledge statistical model, get knowledge monitoring, analysis and evaluation, and carry out expert authorization according to the evaluation results; Sixthly, a knowledge management system which can not only realize enterprise knowledge assistance and share, but also monitor enterprise knowledge status in real time can be obtained by running the test system on the network platform based on WEB. The application examples of this subject are the manufacturing oriented design (DFM) knowledge of a certain enterprise: simple process Guide, typical process Guide and Electrical Assembly process Guide. According to the objective demand of enterprise knowledge management, this paper explores a knowledge management system including knowledge status monitoring, which helps enterprise personnel to master knowledge at the same time. The innovation of the knowledge management system not only has certain theoretical significance, but also has extensive application value.
