基于周转轮系软起动技术的研究

【摘要】:随着现代科学技术的创新和发展,软起动技术具有越来越多的功能和优点,所以软起动装置应用范围越来越广泛,软起动产品也随之大力发展。但是,目前国内外的软起动装置,设备体积大,结构复杂,安装不便,维护量较大,价格昂贵,不能满足用户的全部需求。本文基于周转轮系的软起动装置具有传动效率高,装置发热量小,工作可靠,使用寿命长,机械和控制系统简单,维护成本低等特点。对于软起动技术的研究具有重要的意义。 本论文首先分析了软起动装置的发展现状,并阐述了软起动装置所具备的优点及不足之处。其次,介绍了基于周转轮系软起动装置的主要组成部分,包括周转轮系、调速电动机两部分。整个机械传动设备的组成包括控制系统、传动系统、带式输送机三部分组成。然后,介绍了基于周转轮系软起动装置的工作原理,通过调速电动机改变转子转速来改变周转轮系内齿圈的转速,以实现带式输送机的软起动。最后,在分析带式输送机的工作过程的基础上,对基于周转轮系软起动装置的控制系统进行了研究,对控制系统进行了硬件与软件的设计。通过可编程控制器对变频器的输出频率进行控制,实现对调速电动机转子转速的控制。调速电动机与主电动机的转速经差动轮系的速度合成,可使传动系统在很大范围内实现无级调速,实现对带式输送机的可控起动。
[Abstract]:With the innovation and development of modern science and technology, soft start technology has more and more functions and advantages. At present, the domestic and foreign soft start device, the equipment volume is big, the structure is complex, the installation is inconvenient, the maintenance quantity is large, the price is expensive. The soft starting device based on the turnover gear train has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, low calorific value, reliable operation, long service life, simple mechanical and control system. The characteristics of low maintenance cost are of great significance to the research of soft start technology. This paper first analyzes the development status of soft starting device, and describes the advantages and disadvantages of soft starting device. Secondly, introduces the main components of soft starting device based on turnover gear train. The whole mechanical transmission equipment consists of three parts: control system, transmission system and belt conveyor. Then. Based on the working principle of the soft starting device of the turnover gear train, the speed change of the gear ring in the turnover gear train by changing the rotor speed of the speed regulating motor is introduced in order to realize the soft start of the belt conveyor. On the basis of analyzing the working process of belt conveyor, the control system based on the soft starting device of turnover gear train is studied. The hardware and software of the control system are designed, and the output frequency of the inverter is controlled by the programmable controller. The speed of the speed regulating motor and the main motor can be combined with the speed of differential gear train to make the drive system realize stepless speed regulation in a large range. The controllable start of belt conveyor is realized.
