桥式起重机主梁快速设计系统研究与应用

【摘要】:桥式起重机主梁作为桥式起重机的关键部件,在起重机设计中占据重要的位置,当前,大部分企业采用三维软件进行设计还停留在建模水平上,没有完全发挥三维软件的优势,设计效率的提高、绘图及建档速度的加快、设计经验的加入还主要依赖于设计人员的手工操作,设计效率提高有限。而桥式起重机主梁的设计是一项知识性、经验性极强的工作,工程设计人员需要借鉴以往的设计经验,查阅各种设计标准和产品样本,并且需要花费大量时间在技术文档的编制和制图上,重复设计比例比较高。基于此作者深入研究了桥式起重机主梁的设计理论、变型规律、主从参数及其关联规则,构建了“客户端/服务器/工作站(C/S/W)”体系结构,并以模板化最大原则建立了主梁的模型,以SolidWorks为开发平台,SQL2000为数据存储工具,PDMWorks为管理软件,Visual Basic 6.0为开发语言编制了主梁的设计计算程序、模型驱动程序、工程图调整程序,实现了主梁的快速协同设计。 针对以上存在的问题,本论文的主要研究内容如下: (1)阐述了国内外起重机设计的发展状况及研究的意义。 (2)构建了“客户端/服务器/工作站(C/S/W)”网络体系结构,实现了多用户的协同设计,其中客户端用于设计人员进行具体设计,服务器用来存储设计数据,工作站用于模型驱动和工程图调整。 (3)以GB/T3811-2008为理论基础,研究了主梁的截面设计,加劲肋的构造与布置,强度、刚度、稳定性、疲劳强度的校核计算,实现了主梁参数的快速设计计算。 (4)详细阐述了系统所运用的参数化设计技术、工程图调整技术、标准件库自动生成技术等关键技术,并对其中应用的关键程序进行了描述。 (5)结合实例将设计计算和专家知识经验与参数化系统相结合,实现了起重机主梁快速设计。
[Abstract]:As a key component of bridge crane, bridge crane main beam occupies an important position in crane design. At present, most enterprises still use 3D software to design at the level of modeling. Without giving full play to the advantages of 3D software, the improvement of design efficiency, the acceleration of drawing and filing speed, and the addition of design experience mainly depend on the manual operation of designers. The design efficiency is limited, and the design of bridge crane girder is a knowledge, experience is very strong work, engineering designers need to learn from previous design experience, consult various design standards and product samples. And it takes a lot of time to compile and draw the technical documents, and the proportion of repeated design is relatively high. Based on this, the author deeply studies the design theory and modification law of the main girder of bridge crane. The "client / server / workstation C / S / W" architecture is constructed by master-slave parameters and association rules, and the model of the main beam is established by the principle of maximum templating. Taking SolidWorks as the development platform and SQL2000 as the data storage tool, PDMWorks is used as the management software. Visual Basic 6.0 has compiled the design calculation program, the model driver program and the engineering drawing adjustment program of the main beam for the development language, which realizes the fast cooperative design of the main beam. In view of the above problems, the main contents of this paper are as follows: The development of crane design at home and abroad and the significance of research are expounded. The network architecture of "client / server / workstation C / S / W)" is constructed, and the multi-user collaborative design is realized, in which the client is used for the specific design of the designer. Servers are used to store design data and workstations are used to drive models and adjust engineering drawings. Based on the theory of GB/T3811-2008, the section design of main beam, the structure and arrangement of stiffener, strength, stiffness, stability and fatigue strength are studied. The fast design and calculation of the main beam parameters are realized. The key technologies used in the system, such as parameterized design technology, engineering drawing adjustment technology and automatic generation technology of standard parts library, are described in detail, and the key programs used therein are described. 5) combining design calculation with expert knowledge and parameterization system, the rapid design of crane main girder is realized.
