耐磨减摩涂料在齿轮泵侧板铜基表面上的应用

【摘要】:液压齿轮泵侧板工作时会出现磨伤、划伤等问题,严重影响齿轮泵的使用寿命和容积效率。为提高双金属齿轮侧板的软金属铜表面的耐磨性能,对齿轮泵侧板的机加工工艺进行改进;研究一种耐磨性能和润滑性能良好的高分子材料配方,并通过干燥、烧结、淬火等工艺涂覆在铜基表面。测试结果表明,齿轮泵侧板表面涂覆耐磨减摩涂料后,其耐磨性能提高了2倍,可承受30万次以上的冲击。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the wear resistance of soft metal copper surface of double metal gear side plate, problems such as abrasion and scratch will appear in the side plate of hydraulic gear pump, which will seriously affect the service life and volume efficiency of gear pump. The machining technology of gear pump side plate is improved. A high molecular material formula with good wear resistance and lubricating property was studied and coated on the surface of copper by drying, sintering and quenching. The test results showed that the surface of gear pump side plate was coated with wear-resistant and anti-friction coating. Its wear resistance has been improved by 2 times, and can withstand more than 300,000 times of impact.
