造船龙门起重机载荷谱及疲劳寿命研究

【摘要】:造船龙门起重机是一种水平桥架设置在刚、柔两条支腿上构成的门架形状的起重设备,主要用于船坞拼装船体。由于其横跨在船坞上,能覆盖船坞平面为装配现场服务,不仅具有升降、平移等功能,而且可以实现船体分段的空中翻身,把分段调节到焊接所需位置,大大提高了造船效率,因而在船厂得到广泛应用。 作为造船行业重要的辅助设备,造船龙门起重机所吊运的重物多种多样,载荷也是复杂多变的,其动态特性较为明显,容易发生疲劳破坏。对于大起重量、大跨度、大起重高度的造船龙门起重机而言,一旦发生疲劳破坏,后果往往十分严重。所以,展开对造船龙门起重机金属结构,尤其是其疲劳累计损伤规律和疲劳计算的研究,对于预防疲劳断裂事故的发生,指导相关龙门起重机的设计、制造、检验与管理具有重要意义。 本文以载荷谱、疲劳、疲劳寿命、概率论等相关知识为基础,依据调研获得的数据,对造船龙门起重机进行了如下的研究工作: 1):在介绍载荷谱及疲劳寿命的研究现状及发展后,阐述了载荷谱及疲劳寿命的基本概念、疲劳寿命预估方法分类、文章的意义及主要完成的工作。 2):介绍了载荷谱的含义、编制的要求和方法分类,接着探寻了造船起重机载荷谱编制的一般方法,为后续造船龙门起重机载荷谱的编制做了必要的准备工作。 3):根据前述载荷编制要求和编制方法,结合调研的吊载统计数据,具体编制造船龙门起重机载荷谱。 4):介绍了疲劳寿命估算的几个分析方法后,接着结合文章实际,受线性累计损伤理论启发,在造船龙门起重机载荷谱基础上提出一种预估其疲劳寿命的新方法,并采用英国BS5400标准校核其疲劳强度。
[Abstract]:The invention relates to a gantry crane for shipbuilding , which is a lifting device which is arranged on a portal frame formed on the rigid and flexible legs of a horizontal bridge frame , and is mainly used for assembling a ship body of a dock . As an important auxiliary equipment in shipbuilding industry , the heavy objects transported by shipbuilding gantry crane are various , and the load is complicated and changeable , and its dynamic characteristics are obvious and fatigue damage is easy to occur . Therefore , it is very important to guide the design , manufacture , inspection and management of gantry crane with large starting weight , large span and large lifting height . Therefore , it is of great significance to guide the design , manufacture , inspection and management of gantry crane . Based on the relevant knowledge of load spectrum , fatigue , fatigue life and probability theory , this paper studies the shipbuilding gantry crane as follows : 1 ) After introducing the research status and development of the load spectrum and fatigue life , the basic concepts of load spectrum and fatigue life , the classification of fatigue life prediction method , the significance of the article and the main work are described . 2 ) The meaning of the load spectrum , the requirements and the classification of the method are introduced , then the general method of the load spectrum of the shipbuilding crane is explored , and the necessary preparations are made for the compilation of the load spectrum of the gantry crane . 3 ) According to the above - mentioned load compiling requirements and the compilation method , the load spectrum of the gantry crane of the shipbuilding gantry crane is specially prepared in combination with the survey data . 4 ) After introducing several analysis methods of fatigue life estimation , a new method for estimating its fatigue life is proposed based on the load spectrum of gantry crane , and its fatigue strength is checked by BS5400 standard .
