机电产品技术创新的影响因素分析及优化

【摘要】:当今时代,随着IE与产品技术创新的快速发展,产品技术创新在河南省国民经济发展中占据主导地位,稳步的经济增长将带动市场经济的顺利进行,促进科技进展的发展。产品技术的创新成为企业发展的力量之源,有利于产品的生产发展,促进整个社会的科技进步。近年来的金融危机制约着整个河南省经济的健康发展,市场的运行出现障碍,致使一些中小企业处于竞争弱势地位,加之自主创新能力较差,影响着企业的发展。这些企业应该创新产品技术,提高自身市场竞争力,减缓企业在危机中冲击。因此,研究技术创新水平,成为河南省经济迅速增长与社会发展的重要课题。 为了提高河南省企业技术创新水平,本研究基于系统功能理论,IE系统分析理论,技术创新理论等方面,为了提高河南省企业技术创新水平,本研究采用文献资料法、统计分析法、灰色系统分析法与案例分析法的方法分析了河南省企业技术创新的总体特征,对政策法律环境、经济环境、社会环境、技术环境、技术能力等六个影响因素进行分析,并在此基础上提出了优化策略。 本文分为八部分,主要研究企业技术创新的影响因素及其优化策略。 本文通过定量与定性相结合的方法探讨分析了机电产品技术创新研究影响因素及优化。在研究过程中,笔者采用文献资料分析法,统计分析法、灰色系统分析法以及案例分析法并确定了研究思路。通过实证研究,从竞争力、市场因素、技术环境,技术能力等6方面全面考察了河南省机电产品技术创新的现状,存在的问题,并分析产生原因,对影响因素进行灰色系统分析,提出提高河南省机电产品技术创新的优化途径。主要结论如下: (1)河南省机电产品技术创新能力处于中等偏上水平,表明河南省机电制造企业具有较高的产品技术创新意识。 (2)从竞争力、企业规模、技术能力等方面6个方面对河南省机电产品技术创新有着巨大影响。通过建立技术创新指标体系与灰色系统模型,运用关联度分析方法分析不同因素对不同企业的影响程度存在明显差异。具体表现:高质量的产品所在企业比低质量产品所在企业的创新能力高;市场竞争力方面,竞争力强的企业机电产品技术创新能力高于其他企业;机电产品技术创新能力的高低与技术环境好坏成正比;技术能力,市场因素,经济因素及政策环境因素对机电产品技术的创新有着重要影响。 (3)河南省机电制造企业可以通过提高产品的市场竞争力,建立完善的服务体系,拓展融资渠道等途径,提高机电产品技术的创新能力。此外,适当的扩大企业规模,建立良好的技术环境对提高机电产品技术的创新能力也有很大的影响。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of IE and product technology innovation, product technology innovation plays a leading role in the development of Henan national economy, and steady economic growth will drive the smooth progress of market economy. Promote the development of science and technology. The innovation of product technology becomes the power source of enterprise development, which is conducive to the production and development of products. In recent years, the financial crisis has restricted the healthy development of the economy of Henan Province, and the operation of the market has appeared obstacles, resulting in some small and medium-sized enterprises in a competitive and vulnerable position. In addition, the poor independent innovation ability affects the development of enterprises. These enterprises should innovate product technology, improve their own market competitiveness, reduce the impact of enterprises in the crisis. Therefore, research the level of technological innovation. It has become an important subject of rapid economic growth and social development in Henan Province. In order to improve the level of technological innovation of enterprises in Henan Province, this study is based on the theory of system function, IE theory of system analysis, theory of technological innovation and so on, in order to improve the level of technological innovation of enterprises in Henan Province. This study uses the methods of literature, statistical analysis, grey system analysis and case analysis to analyze the overall characteristics of technological innovation of enterprises in Henan Province, the policy and legal environment, economic environment, social environment. Six influencing factors, such as technical environment and technical capability, are analyzed, and optimization strategies are put forward. This paper is divided into eight parts. It mainly studies the influencing factors and optimization strategies of enterprise technological innovation. This paper discusses and analyzes the influencing factors and optimization of technological innovation of electromechanical products by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. In the course of the research, the author adopts the method of literature analysis and statistical analysis. Grey system analysis method and case analysis method. Through empirical research, from competitiveness, market factors, technical environment. The present situation, existing problems and causes of technological innovation of mechanical and electrical products in Henan Province are investigated in six aspects, such as technical capability, etc., and grey system analysis of influencing factors is carried out. The optimization ways to improve the technological innovation of mechanical and electrical products in Henan Province are put forward. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) the technological innovation ability of mechanical and electrical products in Henan Province is at the middle level, which indicates that the mechanical and electrical manufacturing enterprises in Henan Province have a high awareness of product technology innovation. 2) it has great influence on the technological innovation of mechanical and electrical products in Henan Province from six aspects, such as competitiveness, enterprise scale and technological ability. The index system of technological innovation and the grey system model are established. The influence degree of different factors on different enterprises is obviously different by using the method of correlation degree analysis. The concrete performance is: the innovation ability of the enterprises with high quality products is higher than that of the enterprises with low quality products; In terms of market competitiveness, enterprises with strong competitiveness have higher technological innovation ability of electromechanical products than other enterprises; The technological innovation ability of electromechanical products is directly proportional to the technical environment. Technical ability, market factor, economic factor and policy environment factor have important influence on technology innovation of mechatronics. 3) the mechanical and electrical manufacturing enterprises in Henan province can improve the innovation ability of mechanical and electrical products technology by improving the market competitiveness of products, establishing perfect service system, expanding financing channels, etc. The appropriate expansion of enterprise size and the establishment of a good technological environment also have a great impact on improving the innovation ability of mechanical and electrical products.
