我国利用外资对装备制造业产业安全的影响研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国为了促进经济和技术的发展,采用了吸引外商直接投资的政策。然而,外资在促进我国经济发展的同时,也对我国形成市场控制、品牌控制、股权控制和技术控制,冲击了我国产业国内环境,提升了我国对外依存度等产业安全问题,装备制造业尤其如此。装备制造业是我国工业发展的基础,外资对装备制造业大量投资,尤其是对龙头企业的并购影响了我国经济以及国防安全。本文通过定量定性分析、纵向比较法等,从外资对装备制造业的控制情况、外资企业对装备制造业对外依存度的影响、外资对装备制造业国内环境的影响等方面进行分析,发现外资对我国装备制造业安全存在着严重的威胁。因此,为了维护我国装备制造业产业安全情况,应加强对引入外资的管理。与已有研究主要局限于产业控制力和产业对外依存度相比较,本文增加了对装备制造业产业国内环境和对外依存度其他方面的分析,这有助于全面理解外资对我国装备制造业产业安全的影响。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, in order to promote the development of economy and technology, China has adopted the policy of attracting foreign direct investment. However, foreign capital not only promotes the economic development of our country, but also forms market control over our country. Brand control, equity control and technology control, impact the domestic environment of China's industry, enhance our country's external dependence and other industrial security issues. The equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of China's industrial development, and foreign investment in the equipment manufacturing industry. Especially the M & A of leading enterprises has affected our economy and national defense security. Through quantitative qualitative analysis, longitudinal comparative method and so on, from the foreign capital to the equipment manufacturing industry control situation. This paper analyzes the influence of foreign capital on the external dependence of equipment manufacturing industry and the influence of foreign capital on the domestic environment of equipment manufacturing industry, and finds that foreign capital is a serious threat to the security of equipment manufacturing industry in China. In order to maintain the industrial safety of China's equipment manufacturing industry, we should strengthen the management of introducing foreign capital. This paper increases the analysis of domestic environment and external dependence of equipment manufacturing industry, which is helpful to understand the influence of foreign capital on the safety of equipment manufacturing industry in China.
