座椅装配生产线平衡优化及排产仿真研究

【摘要】:在市场竞争日趋激烈和先进的制造、管理技术不断应用的经济背景下,如何降低企业的运营成本和风险,提高生产效率和经济效益,是企业最关注的问题。随着订单式生产模式和客户多样性需求的不断增多,企业应对多变的市场能力就显得更加重要。当一个企业生产的产品品种增多,而它的生产能力却跟不上这种发展时,是引进新设备,增加生产能力,还是优化现有的生产资源,提高资源利用率,或是将一部分生产外包出去,降低企业的生产压力。这需要企业对时间、成本、风险、效益等因素权衡并综合考虑做出决策。 文中就A公司两个新项目的增加,对当前生产能力不足的情况进行深入了解,提出了将两个新项目Z5和Z6的生产任务,按照产品的需求量和装配流程相似性分别分配到现有的5条座椅装配线中,这样既可以减少建立新座椅装配线的成本,降低企业风险,又可以重新设计和优化现有的座椅装配线。对于新项目加入后新的座椅装配线的设计,首先通过画出各个项目产品的作业先序图,然后运用工业工程的方法,确定每个作业要素的标准作业时间,并得出装配线所有产品的混合作业先序图。采用启发式方法中的Hoffmann法,通过列出混合装配线所有作业的优先矩阵,根据计算出的座椅装配线节拍和最少工作地数,对三种座椅产品优化后的所有作业单元进行作业分配。在座椅装配线平衡优化后,将混流线座椅的排产和仿真结合。通过采用最小生产单元循环排序法和Flexsim软件仿真,并运用了Excel向Flexsim中导入数据的方法,得出了混流座椅装配线的最优排产序列。 本文的研究重点是混流装配线的平衡优化和排产问题。尤其是采用了仿真软件和MPS循环排序相结合的方法解决了混流线的排产问题。实际生产中的平衡及排产问题通常要经过生产线的反复试制才能决策。Flexsim仿真既避免了实际的资源和时间浪费,又为企业的混流排产提供了一种易于掌握而且有效的方法,也对今后的研究提供了一定的参考。
[Abstract]:In the economic background of increasingly fierce market competition and advanced manufacturing and continuous application of management technology, how to reduce the operating costs and risks of enterprises and improve production efficiency and economic benefits. With the increasing demand of order production mode and customer diversity, it is more important for enterprises to deal with the changing market ability. When the variety of products produced by an enterprise increases. But its production capacity can not keep up with this development, whether to introduce new equipment, increase production capacity, optimize existing production resources, improve resource utilization, or outsource part of production. Reduce the production pressure of the enterprise. This requires the enterprise to weigh time, cost, risk, benefit and other factors and make a comprehensive decision. In this paper, two new projects in company A are added, and the production tasks of two new projects, Z5 and Z6, are put forward. According to the demand of products and the similarity of assembly process, they are allocated to the existing 5 seat assembly lines, which can reduce the cost of establishing new seat assembly lines and reduce the risk of enterprises. It is possible to redesign and optimize the existing seat assembly line. For the design of the new seat assembly line after the addition of the new project, the first order diagram of each project product is drawn, and then the industrial engineering method is used. The standard operating time of each operation element is determined, and the sequence diagram of mixed operation of all products in assembly line is obtained. The Hoffmann method of heuristic method is adopted. By listing the priority matrix for all operations of the hybrid assembly line, calculate the seating assembly line beat and the minimum number of working places. All the work units after the optimization of the three seat products are assigned. After the seat assembly line balance optimization. This paper combines the production arrangement and simulation of mixed-line seats. By using the method of cycle sorting of minimum production unit and the simulation of Flexsim software, the method of importing data into Flexsim by Excel is used. The optimal scheduling sequence of mixed-flow seat assembly line is obtained. The emphasis of this paper is on the balance optimization and production scheduling of mixed-flow assembly line, especially the method of combining simulation software and MPS cyclic sequencing to solve the scheduling problem of mixed-flow assembly line. The scheduling problem usually needs to be trial-produced repeatedly in order to make the decision. Flexsim simulation can avoid the waste of actual resources and time. It also provides an easy to grasp and effective method for the mixed production of enterprises, and also provides a certain reference for the future research.
