汽车起重机操作室人机界面设计研究

【摘要】:随着国家经济建设稳步推进,工程机械制造行业发展迅猛。汽车起重机作为一种起重机械,具有方便、快捷、机动性强等特点。而操作室作为核心部件之一,其舒适与否直接影响到作业效率的高低。汽车起重机的人机界面设计的最终目标是实现安全、便捷、高效、舒适、稳定的操作体验,并且要更多的关注用户心理的诉求。与此同时,汽车起重机操作室界面的人性化、舒适性设计逐渐成为产品竞争的重要因素。而目前,关于汽车起重机操作室界面舒适性的评价尚没有可供参考的标准模版,因此如何准确评价汽车起重机操作室的舒适度,就成为了极具意义的研究方向。 本课题试图运用人机工程、人机交互等相关原理,对汽车起重机操作室界面中各个模块单元的舒适度进行系统研究;通过分析操作室舒适性的界面构成、疲劳、误操作等因素,探讨并形成针对汽车起重机操作室人机界面舒适性的客观评价;最后,对汽车起重机人机界面设计提出了空间布局合理化、信息传达智能化、操作方式人性化这三个方面展望,并结合实例论述了课题实现的可能性,为工程机械操作室交互界面实现更好的舒适性提供了有价值的参考。 本课题的创新价值在于扎根以人为本的理念提出了汽车操作室设计的新原则,结合了人机工程学等相关理论,建立了汽车操作室舒适性评价的模型,对企业来说具有很好的实用价值,为类似工程机械产品界面设计提供一定的理论参考,有效缩短研发周期,加快产品更新换代等。并通过人性化、舒适性的再设计来增强我国工程机械产品的市场竞争力。对于汽车起重机操作室界面舒适性的准确评价,可以为将来的设计或设计改良提供一定的依据。
[Abstract]:With the national economic construction steadily, engineering machinery manufacturing industry is developing rapidly. As a kind of automobile crane hoisting machinery, has the advantages of convenient, fast, strong flexibility and operation characteristics. As one of the core components of the room, comfortable or not directly affects the operation efficiency of the automobile crane. The human-machine interface design of the ultimate goal is to achieve safe, convenient, efficient, comfortable, stable operating experience, and to pay more attention to the psychological demands of the users. At the same time, the automobile crane operation room humanized interface, comfortable design has become an important factor in product competition. At present, a truck crane operation room comfort evaluation interface is not available for the standard template the reference, so how to accurately evaluate the automobile crane operation room comfort, has become a research direction of great significance.
This paper attempts to use the man-machine engineering, human-computer interaction and other related principle, each module of the interface unit of automobile crane operation room comfort system; structure, through analyzing the operating room comfort interface fatigue, misoperation and other factors, to explore and form the auto crane operation room man-machine interface objective comfort evaluation; finally, the man-machine interface design of automobile crane is put forward reasonable space layout, intelligent information transmission, mode of operation of the three aspects of humanity outlook, and discusses with examples the possibility, which provides valuable reference for the engineering machinery operating room interface to achieve better comfort.
The innovation of this topic is rooted in the concept of people-oriented value put forward new design principle of automobile cab, combined with ergonomics theory, established the automobile operating room comfort evaluation model has good practical value to the enterprise, to provide a theoretical reference for the similar engineering machinery product interface design, shorten the the development cycle, accelerate the upgrading of products. And through the humanized design, to enhance China's construction machinery market competitiveness of products. For the comfort of automobile crane operation room interface comfort accurate evaluation, can provide a basis for the future design or design improvement.
