齿轮泵的声辐射性能分析及结构优化研究

【摘要】:在容积式液压泵中,齿轮泵的应用最为广泛,具有体积小、结构简单等优点,同时也存在着压力脉动大、噪声较大等缺点,本文将对外啮合齿轮泵进行降噪研究。 齿轮泵的噪声主要包括齿轮啮合产生的噪声、液体压力脉动噪声和外界激励产生的噪声三个部分,为控制齿轮泵的辐射噪声,以刚度为约束条件,对齿轮泵进行结构优化设计。 首先,简述齿轮泵设计时应该注意的几个关键问题和解决方法,完成齿轮泵设计,建立齿轮泵的实体模型,同时计算齿轮的啮合力。 其次,根据有限元分析的需要,简化模型、划分网格以及选取材料参数等,建立齿轮泵的有限元模型,然后进行模态分析和齿轮泵基于模态的频域响应计算,得到齿轮泵的振动特性。 然后,运用直接边界元法,预测齿轮泵的外声场辐射噪声,研究声场分布云图特性,提取特定场点处的声压变化曲线,确定需要降噪的频率范围。 最后,以刚度为约束条件,优化齿轮泵的结构,降低齿轮泵在特定范围内的辐射噪声值,,达到降噪的目的。
[Abstract]:In the displacement hydraulic pump, gear pump is the most widely used, has the advantages of small volume, simple structure, but also has the shortcomings of large pressure pulsation, large noise and so on. In this paper, the noise reduction of external meshing gear pump is studied. The noise of gear pump includes three parts: gear meshing noise liquid pressure pulsation noise and external excitation noise. In order to control the radiated noise of gear pump stiffness is taken as the constraint condition. The structure optimization design of gear pump is carried out. Firstly, several key problems and solutions should be paid attention to in the design of gear pump, the design of gear pump is completed, the solid model of gear pump is established, and the meshing force of gear is calculated at the same time. Secondly, according to the need of finite element analysis, simplify the model, divide the mesh and select the material parameters, establish the finite element model of gear pump, and then carry out modal analysis and frequency domain response calculation of gear pump. The vibration characteristics of gear pump are obtained. Then, the direct boundary element method is used to predict the noise emitted from the external sound field of the gear pump, to study the characteristics of the distribution cloud image of the sound field, to extract the change curve of the sound pressure at a specific field point, and to determine the frequency range of the noise reduction. Finally, the structure of gear pump is optimized to reduce the radiated noise value of gear pump in a specific range, so as to reduce the noise.
