大型风电机组主轴轴承故障分析及疲劳寿命数值模拟

【摘要】:随着传统能源日益枯竭和污染日益加重,风能作为一种绿色能源受到普遍重视。而当前多数风力发电机组具有较高故障率,降低了运行可靠性,其中,主轴轴承疲劳所引起的破坏性故障损失较大。主轴轴承多为双列调心滚子轴承。采用计算机数字模拟技术,对风机主轴轴承进行了寿命预测分析,了解失效机理,为台架试验提供了一定的理论依据,对预测其故障的发生有着非常重要的意义。本论文主要有以下几方面内容: 首先,分析了风力发电机主轴轴承的工作特点、主轴轴承的故障类型以及故障原因。通过分析,由交变载荷所引起的接触疲劳是风机主轴轴承故障的重要原因,并对计算疲劳寿命的方法和理论进行了分析和研究。 对风力发电机所受载荷的分类和来源进行了分析,由空气动力学入手,对额定风速下风机的风轮和叶片的载荷进行了研究,对风机传动链中的主轴进行抽象简化,根据贝茨理论以及叶素理论等,推导出风机主轴承所受的轴向载荷和径向载荷。 应用有限元分析软件,考虑了轴承的过盈装配的影响,对风机主轴轴承进行建模和静力学应力分析,确定了主轴轴承的最大等效应力和接触应力的位置以及大小。以主轴轴承有限元分析得到的应力结果为条件,采用名义应力法和线性疲劳累积损伤理论,对风机主轴轴承进行了寿命预测,仿真结果得出了主轴轴承疲劳强度薄弱处以及疲劳寿命。
[Abstract]:With the increasing depletion of traditional energy and the increasing pollution of wind energy , wind energy has been paid more attention as a kind of green energy source . Firstly , the working characteristics of the main shaft bearing of the wind power generator , the type of failure of the main shaft bearing and the cause of failure are analyzed . Through the analysis , the contact fatigue caused by the alternating load is an important cause of the failure of the main shaft bearing of the fan , and the method and the theory for calculating the fatigue life are analyzed and studied . Based on the analysis of the classification and source of the load applied to the wind power generator , the load of the wind wheel and the blade of the fan under the rated wind speed is studied by aerodynamics , and the axial load and the radial load of the main bearing of the wind turbine are deduced according to the theory of the Betz theory and the blade theory . Based on the finite element analysis software , the influence of the interference fit of the bearing is taken into consideration , the maximum equal effect force of the main shaft bearing and the position and the size of the contact stress are determined by the modeling and the static stress analysis of the main shaft bearing of the fan . The fatigue strength of the main shaft bearing is predicted by the nominal stress method and the linear fatigue cumulative damage theory , and the fatigue life of the main shaft bearing is obtained .
