基于成组技术的CAPP系统在DVR机加工车间的应用研究

【摘要】:随着科学技术的飞速发展,企业的经营环境已经发生了巨大的变化。传统的运作方式已不能满足市场的需求,企业面临着严峻的挑战。因此,企业必须运用信息化技术来增强自己的竞争力。 本文研究了计算机辅助工艺过程设计(Computer Aided Process Planning,CAPP)和成组技术的理论知识以及应用成果,发现机械制造企业应用这两种技术降低成本、提高工艺设计效率有显著的成效。因此,本文将两者相结合,以成组技术为基础,利用零件的相似性原理进行计算机辅助工艺设计。 本文根据迪威尔(DVR)企业机加工车间对于CAPP系统的实际需求,以成组技术为基础,结合编码技术,搭建了符合企业需求的CAPP系统平台。其主要的研究内容如下:(1)采用OPITZ编码系统对零件编码,建立零件组相似特征矩阵,利用编码法和相似度评价判断零件组。(2)建立实例工艺库,对于多条工艺路线采用ELECTREⅢ方法进行多工艺路线的择优选择。(3)建立典型工艺库,根据零件编码调用相应零件组的典型工艺,进行修改后完成新工艺。(4)建立工艺资源库,根据工艺资源人机交互地完成新工艺。通过以上的研究工作,构建了DVR机加工车间的CAPP系统,提高了工艺设计的效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the business environment of enterprises has undergone tremendous changes. The traditional operation mode can no longer meet the needs of the market, and enterprises are facing severe challenges. Enterprises must use information technology to enhance their competitiveness. In this paper, the theoretical knowledge and application results of computer Aided Process planning (CAPP) and group technology are studied. It is found that the application of these two technologies in mechanical manufacturing enterprises can reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of process planning. In this paper, the computer aided process planning is carried out based on group technology and the similarity principle of parts. According to the actual demand for CAPP system in the machining workshop of Dewey, this paper is based on group technology and combined with coding technology. The main research contents of this platform are as follows: 1) using OPITZ coding system to encode parts, set up the similarity characteristic matrix of parts group, and use coding method and similarity evaluation to judge part group.
