大水位差旅游码头自动扶梯新工艺及设备研究

【摘要】:目前国内港口码头旅客上、下船主要有以下三种方式:人行踏步(梯步);钢引桥或多跨钢引桥;客运缆车,三种方式各有其优缺点,但均无法满足大水位差旅游码头发展需要。因此为了研究一种新的客运工艺形式,达到采用连续运载机械,可源源不断地将旅客舒适地载运上下码头显得尤为必要和迫切。本文主要针对旅游客运码头客运工艺和设备进行探讨与研究,提出一种新的工艺方式,满足旅游码头舒适、快捷、方便、安全的要求。 本文依托奉节宝塔坪旅游码头设计的案例,对自动扶梯客运工艺进行专题研究,不仅使旅客享受到自动扶梯舒适方便,而且为大水位差旅游码头设计增加了新的工艺形式,也为城市进出口岸的建设增添了一道亮丽的风景线。本文就自动扶梯能否用在港口码头,特别是30米以上大水位差旅游码头(客运码头)如何使自动扶梯旅客输送线适应码头水位变化频繁、水位涨落迅猛、水位差大的特点是本课题需要解决的重要问题。 大水位差码头客运码头自动扶梯工艺主要解决了以下几项难题:○1大水位差码头地处山区,水位变化频繁,水位落差较大,采用纵移措施使自动扶梯旅客输送线适应水位变化,当水位升高时能方便的将自动扶梯线拉至合适位置,而当水位下落时,又能方便地使自动扶梯线下移至合适位置。○2山区大水位差码头,陆域条件受限,码头后方很少有可供自动扶梯收缩的场地。采用横移措施解决自动扶梯占用陆域问题。○3采用詹天佑钩解决直通扶梯之间的连接问题。○4通过设置锚定装置和夹轨器等保证自动扶梯固定。
[Abstract]:At present, there are three main ways of disembarking passengers in domestic ports and wharfs: walking step (step by step); steel approach bridge or multi-span steel approach bridge; passenger transport cable car, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages. In order to study a new type of passenger transport technology, it is necessary to adopt continuous transport machinery. It is necessary and urgent to carry passengers comfortably up and down wharf continuously. This paper mainly discusses and studies the passenger transport technology and equipment of tourist passenger terminal, and puts forward a new craft way to satisfy the comfort of tourist terminal. Fast, convenient and safe requirements. Based on the design case of Fengjie Baotaping tourist wharf, this paper makes a special research on escalator passenger transport technology, which not only makes passengers enjoy the comfort and convenience of escalator, but also adds a new craft form for the design of tourism wharf with big water level difference. It also adds a beautiful landscape to the construction of the city's import and export shore. This paper discusses whether escalators can be used in the port and wharf. Especially, how to make the escalator passenger transport line adapt to the frequent changes of the terminal water level, the rapid fluctuation of the water level, and the characteristics of the large water level difference are the important problems to be solved in this subject, especially the tourism wharf (passenger terminal) with large water level difference over 30 meters. The escalator technology of large water level difference wharf has mainly solved the following problems: the big water level difference wharf is located in the mountainous area, the water level changes frequently, the water level drop is large, and the escalator passenger transport line is adapted to the water level change by using the longitudinal moving measures. When the water level rises, the escalator line can be conveniently pulled to the right position, and when the water level falls, the escalator line can be conveniently moved down to the right position. There are very few places behind the dock where escalators can shrink. The use of traversing measures is used to solve the problem of escalator occupation of land. 03 Zhan Tianyou hook is used to solve the connection problem between escalators. 04 through the installation of anchoring devices and rail clamps. Ensure the escalator is fixed.
