含蛇纹石自修复剂的减摩抗磨性能研究

【摘要】:蛇纹石金属磨损自修复剂以润滑油为载体,能显著改善摩擦表面的摩擦学性能,并延长机械设备的使用寿命。本文通过改变摩擦副的接触形式(点、线、面接触)、载体油的种类和摩擦副的材料,研究了蛇纹石粉体及其与不同催化剂的组合物作为润滑油添加剂对减摩抗磨性能的影响,得出主要结论如下: 1.在Plint摩擦磨损试验机上进行了三销盘面接触试验,结果发现,相比于只添加蛇纹石而言,添加蛇纹石粉体与催化剂1组合而成的复合粉体1能有效地提高摩擦系数的稳定性,并降低试验机的振动。 2.在UMT-3摩擦磨损试验机上进行了球盘点接触试验,结果表明,下试样材料为45钢或铸铁时,蛇纹石粉体作为润滑油添加剂比CD50润滑下增大了磨损量,复合粉体1比蛇纹石粉体有效的降低了磨损量;载体油为75W/90得到的结论相似,即复合粉体1比蛇纹石粉体作为润滑油添加剂润滑下的磨损量小 3.在M2000摩擦磨损试验机上进行了环块线接触试验,载体油为46液压油时,由蛇纹石粉体与催化剂2组合而成的复合粉体2对减摩性没有作用,催化剂2的引入使得磨损量增大,且复合粉体2中催化剂2的配比越高,磨损量越大;当载体油为CD50柴油机油时,含蛇纹石粉体的润滑油增大了试样块的磨损量,减少了试样环的磨损量;作为润滑油添加剂,催化剂2与蛇纹石粉体相比,试样块和环的磨损量变大,复合粉体2对块和环试样的磨损量介于单独添加催化剂2和蛇纹石粉体之间;当催化剂2和蛇纹石粉体的比例为1:1时,减摩效果最好,摩擦系数较CD50单独润滑下降低了2.59倍。 本文初步找到有效减摩抗磨的自修复粉体配方,对今后的工业应用具有重要的作用。
[Abstract]:With lubricating oil as the carrier, serpentine metal wear self-repairing agent can significantly improve the tribological properties of friction surface and prolong the service life of mechanical equipment. In this paper, the contact form (point, line, line) of friction pair is changed. In this paper, the effects of serpentine powder and its composition with different catalysts on antifriction and antiwear properties of surface contact oil, carrier oil and friction pair are studied. The main conclusions are as follows:. 1. The triple-pin disk contact test was carried out on Plint friction and wear tester. The results showed that the stability of friction coefficient could be effectively improved by adding the composite powder of serpentine powder and catalyst 1, compared with only adding serpentine. And reduce the vibration of the tester. 2. The point contact test of ball disk was carried out on UMT-3 friction and wear tester. The results show that when the lower sample material is 45 steel or cast iron, the wear rate of serpentine powder as lubricating oil additive is higher than that under CD50 lubrication. The composite powder 1 was more effective than serpentine powder in reducing the wear rate, and the conclusion of 75 W / 90 of carrier oil was similar, that is, the wear amount of composite powder 1 was lower than that of serpentine powder as lubricating oil additive. 3. The linear contact test of ring block was carried out on M2000 friction and wear tester. When the carrier oil was 46 hydraulic oil, the composite powder 2 composed of serpentine powder and catalyst 2 had no effect on the antifriction property, and the addition of catalyst 2 increased the wear rate. When the carrier oil is CD50 diesel engine oil, the lubricating oil with serpentine powder increases the wear amount of the sample block and reduces the wear amount of the sample ring. Compared with serpentine powder, the wear amount of sample block and ring of catalyst 2 is larger, and the wear amount of composite powder 2 pair and ring sample is between the single catalyst 2 and serpentine powder, when the ratio of catalyst 2 and serpentine powder is 1: 1, The friction coefficient is 2.59 times lower than that of CD50 alone. In this paper, the formula of self-repairing powder for anti-friction and anti-wear is preliminarily found, which plays an important role in industrial application in the future.
