大型风电机组齿轮箱齿轮的疲劳寿命分析与预测

【摘要】:风力发电是世界各国都在大力发展的新能源产业,风电机组作为风力发电系统的关键设备之一,其性能问题也得到了重视。齿轮箱作为风电机组的核心部件,其是否能正常运转对整个风电机组的安全工作起着决定性作用。本文主要针对齿轮箱内传动系统各级齿轮副的疲劳寿命进行研究。以现有的风电齿轮箱的实测时间-扭矩数据依据,利用概率统计、疲劳分析、断裂力学和有限元等方法,系统全面的研究了风电机组齿轮箱内各级齿轮在随机载荷的作用下的疲劳寿命预测及疲劳裂纹扩展分析。 本文先选用雨流计数法对各个工况下的实测数据统计处理,并最后得到时间-载荷数据。将这些数据编制成在各个工况下的二维载荷谱,分析各级齿轮分别在各个工况下的疲劳应力分布,结合实测工况频率合成多工况的二维载荷谱。依据名义应力法,分别采用Miner线性疲劳累积损伤理论和Carten-Dolan非线性疲劳累积损伤理论,对各级齿轮进行疲劳寿命估算,得到应用Carten-Dolan理论得到的计算结果比应用Miner理论得到的结果更安全。之后,在此分析结果上研究齿轮的几种参数对其疲劳寿命的影响。另外,本文还从疲劳裂纹扩展角度,以断裂力学的相关理论为基础,对增速齿轮箱具有代表性的行星轮系和高速级齿轮进行有限元分析,预测其剩余疲劳寿命,验证了上一种方法的合理性。
[Abstract]:Wind power generation is a new energy industry which is developing vigorously all over the world. As one of the key equipments of wind power generation system, wind turbine has been paid more attention to its performance, and the gearbox is the core component of wind turbine. Whether it can run normally plays a decisive role in the safety work of the whole wind turbine. This paper mainly studies the fatigue life of each gear pair in the transmission system of the gear box. Meter-torque data basis, By means of probability statistics, fatigue analysis, fracture mechanics and finite element method, the fatigue life prediction and fatigue crack propagation analysis of all levels of gears in the gear box of wind turbine are studied systematically and comprehensively under the action of random load. In this paper, the rain flow counting method is first used to process the measured data under various working conditions, and finally the time-load data are obtained, and these data are compiled into two-dimensional load spectra under each working condition. In this paper, the fatigue stress distribution of gear at all levels under different working conditions is analyzed, and the two dimensional load spectrum of multiple working conditions is synthesized by combining with the measured working condition frequency, according to the nominal stress method, Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage theory and Carten-Dolan nonlinear fatigue cumulative damage theory are used to estimate the fatigue life of gear at all levels. The calculated results obtained by using Carten-Dolan theory are more secure than those obtained by Miner theory. The influence of several parameters of gear on its fatigue life is studied in this paper. In addition, from the angle of fatigue crack propagation, this paper is based on the theory of fracture mechanics. The finite element analysis of planetary gear train and high speed gear with representative speed gearbox is carried out to predict its residual fatigue life and the rationality of the above method is verified.
