【摘要】:90年代初的建筑施工技术较为落后,建筑工程以6层以下为主,建筑物主体高度不超过30米,当前建筑机械性能较为先进,,建筑物以高层居多,有些建筑物主体高度已超过100米,传统的龙门式升降机已经无法满足要求。目前建筑业发展迅速,机械化程度越来越高,进而对建筑机械提出了更高的要求,不仅要求建筑机械设备性能先进,而且造价低,施工效率高。 本课题所设计的SSE200B新型施工升降机是在现有机型的基础上通过优化和改进设计出的起重量大、提升高度高、综合使用性能好的施工升降机,其提升形式采用钢丝绳式,额定起重量为4吨,提升高度为100米,综合性能上远优于原有产品。是一种具有良好发展前景的新型建筑机械产品,该产品的出现可以推动建筑施工技术和建筑机械制造业的发展,进一步推动地方经济的发展。 在SSE200B型施工升降机的机械系统设计中,对起升机构、吊笼和塔身进行结构设计和抗压强度计算与分析。结合所研究设计的施工升降机,为其设计了一台瞬时式安全防坠器,并利用三维设计软件Pro/Engineer建立系统虚拟样机模型,再把虚拟样机模型导入到ADAMS中,对其施加约束和载荷并进行动力学仿真,利用仿真结果对安全防坠器的性能进行评价。在控制电路设计部分,对整体控制电路、重量控制电路、上限和下限电路、楼层控制等电路进行设计和仿真。最后,本文指出了该系统目前存在的一些不足,有待于日后改进和完善。
[Abstract]:In 90s, the construction technology was relatively backward, the main building works were below 6 stories, the height of the main body of the building was not more than 30 meters. At present, the mechanical properties of the buildings were more advanced and the high-rise buildings were the majority. The main body of some buildings has reached a height of more than 100 meters, and the traditional gantry lifts have been unable to meet the requirements. At present, the construction industry is developing rapidly, and the degree of mechanization is getting higher and higher, thus putting forward higher requirements for construction machinery. It not only requires advanced performance of construction machinery and equipment, but also low cost and high construction efficiency. The new type of SSE200B construction hoist designed in this paper is a kind of construction hoist with high lifting weight, high elevating height and good comprehensive use performance, which is designed on the basis of the existing models. The lifting form of the hoisting hoist is steel wire rope type. Rated lifting weight of 4 tons, lifting height of 100 meters, comprehensive performance is far superior to the original product. It is a new type of construction machinery with good prospects for development. The emergence of this product can promote the development of construction technology and construction machinery manufacturing, and further promote the development of local economy. In the mechanical system design of SSE200B type construction hoist, the structure design and compressive strength calculation and analysis of hoisting mechanism, hoist and tower body are carried out. The virtual prototype model of the system is established by using the 3D design software Pro/Engineer, and then the virtual prototype model is imported into ADAMS, which is subjected to constraints and loads, and the dynamic simulation is carried out. In the control circuit design part, the overall control circuit, weight control circuit, upper and lower limit circuit, floor control circuit and other circuits are designed and simulated. This paper points out some shortcomings of the system, which need to be improved and perfected in the future.
