铣面机执行机构液压系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:在空调用铜管的加工中,不管是采用挤压工艺还是行星旋轧工艺都离不开一道铣面的工序,其作用是铣掉铸坯表面的氧化皮好进行下一道工序。铣面机有旋风铣和卧铣两种,其中卧铣生产效率高,适合于行星旋轧工艺的快节奏。由于连铸时的各种干扰因素和吊装、转运、存放时的受力不均、振动等因素的影响,铸坯都有一定程度的弯曲。目前在国内的空调铜管加工行业中铣面机执行机构普遍采用机械支撑,对铸坯弯曲的随动性不好。铣削过程中对铣刀、铣刀轴有冲击甚至于铣不净氧化皮,生产效率低,维护成本高。因此设计研发铣面机执行机构的位置控制系统成为了当前的重要课题。 本文在查阅大量国内外有关文献的基础上,提出了采用液压伺服控制的位置控制系统,综述了液压伺服系统的研究现状和实际应用情况。针对生产实际中的问题,提出采用基于力反馈的位置控制系统。 详细阐述了此液压伺服系统中关键参数的确定、元件的选型,为系统的研发奠定基础。对液压系统中所涉及到的关键问题和主要技术进行了仔细的研究。从生产实际出发,确定采用位置控制的液压伺服系统,从滑阀流量方程、流量连续性方程以及力平衡方程对其进行模型建立,并对其进行整理并结合其他环节得到系统的数学模型。 设计力—位移转换环节实现对铸坯轴线弯曲的补偿。对系统进行了计算机仿真,通过仿真研究系统位置控制的动态特性,并分别引入PID和模糊PID控制器对系统进行校正,使其能够满足生产实际的要求。
[Abstract]:In the processing of copper tubes used in air conditioning, either the extrusion process or the planetary rotary rolling process can not be separated from the process of milling a surface, the function of which is to mill off the oxidized skin on the surface of the billet and carry on the next process. There are two kinds of milling machines: whirlwind milling and horizontal milling. The production efficiency of horizontal milling is high, which is suitable for the fast rhythm of planetary rotary rolling process. Due to the influence of various interference factors during continuous casting and hoisting, transportation, storage force uneven, vibration and other factors, At present, mechanical support is widely used in the executive mechanism of milling machine in the domestic air conditioning copper pipe processing industry, which is not easy to follow the bending of the billet, and the milling cutter is applied to the milling cutter in the course of milling. Because of the impact of milling cutter shaft and the low production efficiency and high maintenance cost, it has become an important issue to design and develop the position control system of the executive mechanism of milling machine. On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, this paper puts forward a position control system with hydraulic servo control, summarizes the research status and practical application of hydraulic servo system, and aims at the problems in production practice. A position control system based on force feedback is proposed. The determination of key parameters and the selection of components in the hydraulic servo system are described in detail, which lays a foundation for the research and development of the system. The key problems and main technologies involved in the hydraulic system are carefully studied. The hydraulic servo system with position control is established from the flow equation, flow continuity equation and force balance equation of the sliding valve, and the mathematical model of the system is obtained by sorting it out and combining with other links. The system is simulated by computer, and the dynamic characteristics of position control of the system are studied by simulation. The system is corrected by introducing PID and fuzzy PID controller, respectively. To enable it to meet the actual requirements of production.
