液压油质量问题的研究

【摘要】:液压油是由基础油和添加剂组成的。基础油质量对于液压油性能至关重要,它提供了液压油最基础的润滑、冷却、抗氧化、抗腐蚀等性能。添加剂提供了其它性能。 在液压油的实际制造加工过程中,由于液压油各组分的相容性问题,发现产品质量有需要改进的地方。针对生产过程中L-HL32液压油出现的质量问题,从液压油的工作原理、技术、生产工艺、应用效果及实验室分析,查出问题的原因所在。 在实验室内设计2组方案,最终确定单剂A可与复合剂B中的ZDDP发生化学反应,生成极性羧酸盐,从而在非极性的基础油中析出。 通过配方研究,考察复合剂C、复合剂G、单剂配方和复合剂配方的相容性,确定研发出的单剂配方和复合剂配方与有灰配方有很好的相容性。 根据试验结果,将L-HL32液压油加温至35~50℃,并保温静置,,出现絮状物沉淀后再保温静置3天;用PE1过滤袋过滤沉淀物;在过滤后的L-HL32液压油中加入0.3%复合剂B然后按照L-HL32液压油的生产程序进行生产。通过有效的措施,来解决成品油的质量问题。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic oil is composed of base oil and additives. Base oil quality is very important to hydraulic oil performance. It provides the most basic lubricating, cooling, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and other properties of hydraulic oil. During the actual manufacturing and processing of hydraulic oil, due to the compatibility of each component of hydraulic oil, it is found that the product quality needs to be improved. In view of the quality problems of L-HL32 hydraulic oil in the production process, the working principle of hydraulic oil is discussed. Technology, production process, application effect and laboratory analysis to find out the cause of the problem. Two groups of schemes were designed in the laboratory. It was determined that single agent A could react with ZDDP in compound B to form polar carboxylate and precipitate in non-polar base oil. The compatibility of compound agent C, compound agent G, single agent formula and compound agent formula was investigated through formula study, and it was determined that the developed single agent formula and compound agent formula had good compatibility with ash formula. According to the test results, the L-HL32 hydraulic oil was heated to 35 鈩
