大承载井口自动化装置新型无级调速系统运行特性研究

【摘要】:为了解决井口自动化装置在大承载工况下传动系统布置困难、生产成本高等问题,通过对新型无级调速系统结构布置方案和工作原理进行分析,将新型无级调速系统引入井口自动化装置,并对新型无级调速系统差动机构传动比对新系统转矩分配比、输出输入转矩比的影响、减速机构传动比对新系统转矩分配比的影响进行计算,最后通过试验对大承载井口自动化装置新型无级调速系统进行可行性验证。研究表明,分析得到了减速机构传动比及差动机构传动比对新型无级调速系统性能参数的影响规律,在井口自动化系统中引入新型无级调速系统后,各测点应力最大值及波动性明显下降,系统安全性及运行平顺性明显提高。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the wellhead automation equipment in large bearing under the condition of arrangement of transmission system is difficult, high cost production, through the system construction scheme of a new type of stepless speed regulation and the analysis of working principle, the new stepless speed regulation system into the wellhead automation devices, and the transmission of new type stepless speed regulating system of differential mechanism on torque distribution system, affecting the output the input torque ratio, gear transmission ratio than the impact torque distribution system is calculated, finally through the experiment on the bearing model stepless speed regulating system of wellhead automation device for validation. The results show that the analysis obtains the influence law of reducer transmission ratio and differential ratio in new stepless speed regulation system performance parameters, the introduction of a new variable speed control system in the wellhead automation system, the measuring point of maximum stress and volatility significantly lower The security of the system and the running smoothness of the system have been greatly improved.
