复合轨迹平面回转振动筛机构的研究与应用

【摘要】:与传统的平面回转筛相比,复合轨迹平面回转振动筛具有功耗低、筛体运动轨迹复杂、筛理效率高、清理效果好、运行平稳等优点,因而被广泛应用于粮油、医药、化工等行业,用于完成颗粒物料的分级等作业。目前所使用的平面回转振动筛出料端含有弹性限位器,增加了整体机构的复杂性,使得设备在筛分工程中出现物料跑偏、受力不平衡且振动轨迹不灵活等现象,降低了筛分效率并致使筛格磨损不均匀,缩短了筛格的使用寿命。 针对上述问题,首先,本文从研究现状出发,提出无机械约束的复合轨迹平面回转振动筛机构的设计思想、目的及意义。之后,由于目前国内尚无关于玻璃钢杆杨氏模量及材料损耗因子的研究,,而杨氏模量和材料损耗因子是两个极为重要的动力学参数,因而本文以平面回转振动筛普遍采用的玻璃钢杆为对象,试图通过对比法,即实验结果和数值仿真结果相对比,得到玻璃钢杆的杨氏模量和损耗因子,为工程设计提供参数。最后,本文建立平面回转振动筛虚拟样机模型,进行稳态机构动力学分析,研究偏重块在筛体上的位置与筛体振动轨迹的关系,得到在不同吊挂长度、不同吊挂根数等工艺组合下筛体上不同点的运动轨迹图谱,在实际工程应用中,可根据加工工艺要求选取合适的工艺轨迹,进而确定偏重块的位置;而后进行瞬态动力学分析,研究吊杆长度和根数对机构瞬态特性的影响,从而找到合适的吊杆长度和根数的组合。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional planar rotary screen, the compound trajectory plane rotary vibrating screen has the advantages of low power consumption, complex motion trajectory of the screen body, high screen efficiency, good cleaning effect and smooth operation, so it is widely used in grain, oil, medicine, etc. In chemical industry and other industries, it is used to finish the classification of granular materials. The discharge end of the plane rotary vibrating screen used at present contains elastic limiter, which increases the complexity of the whole mechanism and makes the equipment deviate from the material in the screening project. Such phenomena as unbalanced force and inflexible vibration track reduce the screening efficiency and lead to uneven wear and tear of the screen and shorten the service life of the screen. In view of the above problems, first of all, from the point of view of the present research situation, this paper puts forward the design idea, purpose and significance of the compound trajectory plane rotary vibrating screen mechanism without mechanical constraints. At present, there is no research on Young's modulus and material loss factor of FRP rod, and Young's modulus and material loss factor are two very important kinetic parameters. In this paper, the FRP rod, which is widely used in the plane rotary vibrating screen, is taken as the object. By comparing the experimental results with the numerical simulation results, the Young's modulus and the loss factor of the FRP rod are obtained. Finally, the virtual prototype model of plane rotary vibrating screen is established, the dynamic analysis of steady state mechanism is carried out, and the relationship between the position of the partial weight block on the screen body and the vibration track of the screen body is studied, and the different hanging lengths are obtained. In the practical engineering application, according to the requirements of processing technology, we can select the appropriate process trajectory, and then determine the position of the partial weight block, and then carry out transient dynamic analysis, under the different hanging root number and other process combinations, the motion trajectory map of different points on the screen body can be selected according to the requirements of the processing technology. The influence of the length and number of suspenders on the transient characteristics of the mechanism is studied, and an appropriate combination of the length and number of suspenders is found.
