【摘要】:滚针、滚柱、滚子等圆柱状零件应用于轴承和机床等机械零件和机械设备,尤其在圆柱状磁性材料领域也有广泛的应用。滚子件种类繁多,长度参差不齐,在保证滚子件制造技术前提下,合理有效的检测分选方式显得尤为重要。 手工检测是应用时间最长也是最普遍的方法,该方法受客观因素影响较大,费时费力,检测效率低,误检率高,工人劳动强度大,尤其是近几年,随着材料成本和人工成本的迅速增加,传统的测量方法很难满足现代生产的需要。圆柱滚子件的检测已经成为圆柱件自动生产检测的薄弱环节,积极开展对圆柱滚子件的自动检测分选系统关键技术的研究具有重要的理论与应用研究价值。 本课题根据用户需求在保证0.02mm精度的前提下将滚子件按长度尺寸等级分选,采用同步可控式自动上料、自动分选机构,大大提高了分选精度和检测效率。转盘式送料定位一体式设计,降低了设备的机构复杂度,可以使分选效率满足120-200个/分的要求,能达到准确、快速分选目的。研究内容为以下几个方面: 分选机结构:该机主要结构由上料机构、送料机构、测量机构、落料机构四部分组成。在总结现有分选机测量范围小、速度慢的缺点后,本文提出转盘式送料定位一体化设计,优化分选机构的同时提高了工作效率。 测量工艺:当待测件被送料圆盘送至位移传感器下时,由气动滑台带着位移传感器下移,到达最低位置后,碰触到被测件,在由控制中心对传感器的数据进行读取,读取完成后气动滑台回移,完成一次周期,等待下个被测工件。 PLC控制与可视化设计:该分选机由步科MT4404T触摸屏连接欧姆龙PLC控制器实现自动控制。在触摸屏界面内可以设定长度参数、自动模式、手动模式等。可视化的设计让操作简单易懂,手动模式让调试更加便捷,自动模式让整个过程智能化、人性化。 误差分析及有限元分析:对检测过程中所产生的误差进行分析,提出有效解决方案。对测量工作台进行静力学分析与动力学分析,计算其应力、形变以及固有频率。 根据以上方案研制的圆柱滚子长度自动分选机,将直径在Φ4—Φ6之间,长度在22到30之间的圆柱滚子件分成五组,分选效率为150个/分,精度大于0.02mm经检测分选速度、精度均能达到用户要求。
[Abstract]:Cylindrical parts such as roller, roller and roller are used in mechanical parts and mechanical equipment such as bearings and machine tools, especially in the field of cylindrical magnetic materials. On the premise of ensuring the manufacturing technology of roller parts, reasonable and effective inspection and sorting method is particularly important. Manual detection is the longest and most common method in application. This method is greatly influenced by objective factors, time-consuming and laborious, low detection efficiency, high false detection rate, high labor intensity of workers, especially in recent years. With the rapid increase of material cost and labor cost, traditional measuring methods are difficult to meet the needs of modern production. It is of great theoretical and practical value to study the key technologies of automatic detection and sorting system for cylindrical roller parts. According to the needs of users, the roller parts are sorted according to the length and size grade under the premise of 0.02mm precision, and the synchronous and controllable automatic feeding mechanism is adopted, and the automatic sorting mechanism is adopted. The separation accuracy and detection efficiency are greatly improved. The integrated design of rotary feed positioning reduces the complexity of the equipment, and can make the separation efficiency meet the requirements of 120-200 / min and achieve accuracy. The purpose of rapid sorting. The research contents are as follows:. Separator structure: the main structure of this machine is composed of four parts: feeding mechanism, feeding mechanism, measuring mechanism and blanking mechanism. In this paper, the integrated design of rotary disc feeding and positioning is put forward, which optimizes the sorting mechanism and improves the working efficiency at the same time. Measuring technology: when the test piece is sent to the displacement sensor by the feed disc, the pneumatic slider moves down with the displacement sensor, after reaching the lowest position, the measured piece is touched, and the data of the sensor is read by the control center. After reading, the slider moves back, completes a cycle and waits for the next workpiece to be tested. PLC control and visual design: the sorting machine is automatically controlled by OMRON PLC controller connected with MT4404T touch screen. The length parameter can be set and the automatic mode can be set in the touch screen interface. Visual design makes operation easy to understand, manual mode makes debugging more convenient, automatic mode makes the whole process intelligent and humanized. Error analysis and finite element analysis: the error produced in the process of testing is analyzed, and an effective solution is put forward. The static and dynamic analysis of the measuring table is carried out to calculate its stress, deformation and natural frequency. According to the above scheme, the cylindrical roller length automatic sorting machine is developed. The cylindrical roller parts whose diameter is between 桅 4- 桅 6 and length between 22 and 30 are divided into five groups. The sorting efficiency is 150 / min and the precision is more than 0.02 mm. The precision can reach the user's request.
