高职机械制造类专业专业基础课教材适用性研究

【摘要】:最近几年,我国机械制造行业在市场需求的推动下,整体保持着不断增长的态势。从整个的行业结构来看,机械制造企业群体的许多高端领域被外国占领,而我国整体处在中低端领域,而且机械制造行业已经不再是国有大型企业的垄断模式,越来越多的民营企业开始兴起,整个行业的竞争日趋白热化。外国的机械制造业若想要更快地从低迷的产业环境中成功转型,必须拥有大量的掌握各种先进设备操作的高级技能型人才。在这前所未有的发展机会,各高职院校纷纷扩招机械制造专业学生,致使在校学生人数逐年增加。由此看来,必须加大力度推进课程改革,优化教学管理体系,优化教材管理制度,建设具有真正对机械制造专业适用、有用的教材,改进教学方法,提高教材的适用性。 笔者以“高职机械制造类专业专业基础课教材适用性研究”为主题,分析了高职机械制造类专业专业基础课教材适用性评价标准。然后参照适用性评价标准,通过对湖南省部分高职院校的教师、学生以及教务管理者进行了问卷调查和访谈,分析当前教材对职业院校机械制造类专业专业基础课的学生与教师的适用性情况。在此基础上,提出了提高高职机械制造类专业专业基础课教材适用性的建议。 本文共分为四个部分。第一部分主要介绍本文的研究意义、背景、思路、方法,国内外的相关研究现状,以及相关概念的界定;第二部分分析了构建高职机械制造类专业专业基础课教材适用性评价标准的依据,构建了高职机械制造类专业专业基础课教材适用性评价标准。第三部分,参照评价标准,根据调查结果,分析了教材的各个方面的适用性以及问题,第四部分从编制水平、教材管理者、适用性评价标准规范化、教学改革四个方面提出了提高高职机械制造类专业专业基础课教材适用性的的建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, driven by market demand, China's machinery manufacturing industry has maintained a growing trend as a whole. Judging from the overall industry structure, many high-end areas of the machinery manufacturing enterprise group have been occupied by foreign countries. The whole of our country is in the middle and low end field, and the machinery manufacturing industry is no longer the monopoly mode of large state-owned enterprises. More and more private enterprises begin to rise. The competition in the whole industry is becoming more and more intense. If the foreign machinery manufacturing industry wants to transform successfully from the depressed industrial environment more quickly, We must have a large number of advanced skilled personnel who can master the operation of various advanced equipment. In this unprecedented opportunity for development, higher vocational colleges have expanded their enrollment of mechanical manufacturing students, resulting in an increase in the number of students in the school year by year. It is necessary to promote the curriculum reform, optimize the teaching management system, optimize the textbook management system, construct useful teaching materials, improve the teaching methods and improve the applicability of the teaching materials. Based on the theme of "Research on the applicability of basic course textbooks for Mechanical Manufacturing Specialty in higher Vocational Education", the author analyzes the criteria for evaluating the applicability of basic course textbooks for Mechanical Manufacturing Specialty in higher Vocational Education, and then refers to the criteria for evaluating applicability. Through the questionnaire survey and interview of teachers, students and educational administrators in some higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province, Based on the analysis of the applicability of the current teaching materials to the students and teachers of the basic courses of mechanical manufacturing major in vocational colleges and universities, the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the applicability of the textbooks for the basic courses of mechanical manufacturing major in higher vocational colleges. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly introduces the research significance, background, ideas, methods, domestic and foreign research status, as well as the definition of related concepts; In the second part, the author analyzes the basis of constructing the evaluation standard of the applicability of the basic course teaching material for the mechanical manufacturing specialty of higher vocational education, and constructs the evaluation standard for the applicability of the teaching material of the basic course for the mechanical manufacturing specialty of higher vocational education, the third part, referring to the evaluation standard, According to the results of the investigation, this paper analyzes the applicability and problems of various aspects of the teaching materials, 4th part from the level of compilation, textbook managers, applicability evaluation standard standardization, Four aspects of teaching reform are put forward to improve the applicability of basic teaching materials for mechanical manufacturing major in higher vocational education.
