增速器动态特性分析及其改进设计

【摘要】:齿轮增速器是一种高转速运转的机械设备,在高速旋转工况下增速器产生激励频率的范围较宽。随着科学技术的快速发展,齿轮增速器的振动问题日益受到人们的重视,作为试验台上重要的动力传递装置其振动特性好坏将直接决定整个试验平台的工作性能。因此,对增速器系统进行振动特性研究具有重要的实际意义。 机械设备计算模型的正确性是数值模拟得到正确计算结果的前提条件,本文首先基于有限元法建立了增速器箱体的有限元模型,并采用自由模态分析方法对所建立模型的有效性进行验证,为后续的计算分析提供基础。根据模态分析理论对增速器箱体进行模态分析,确定箱体结构的固有频率及其振型,并对箱体的动态特性进行详细分析。根据机械振动理论,建立了增速器多自由度系统的振动微分方程,推导了多自由度系统振动响应的计算公式,提出通过修改模态参数来改善结构的振动特性的方法,并在此基础上对增速器箱体结构模态参数的影响因素展开了相关研究,对增速器箱体的结构动态性进行理论分析,验证增速器箱体设计的合理性。为了进一步验证箱体结构的合理性,设计了试验系统、试验平台及试验方案,对增速器系统进行空负荷全转速振动试验,通过对振动测试数据进行处理分析来验证箱体结构的合理性。在增速器箱体动态特性分析与试验研究的基础上对箱体结构进行改进设计,通过方案设计与尺寸优化相结合的方法来获取增速器箱体的最优结构方案。 本文的研究为增速器系统结构的动态设计及改进设计提供了理论依据。同时,也可以为后续齿轮箱的结构设计提供一定的参考依据。
[Abstract]:Gear speeder is a kind of mechanical equipment with high rotating speed, which has a wide range of excitation frequency under high-speed rotating condition. With the rapid development of science and technology, people pay more and more attention to the vibration of gear accelerator. As an important power transfer device on the test bench, the vibration characteristics of the whole test platform will be directly determined, so it is of great practical significance to study the vibration characteristics of the accelerator system. The correctness of the calculation model of mechanical equipment is the precondition for the numerical simulation to get the correct result. Firstly, based on the finite element method, the finite element model of the accelerator box is established. The validity of the established model is verified by the free mode analysis method, which provides the basis for the subsequent calculation and analysis. According to the modal analysis theory, the modal analysis of the accelerator box is carried out, and the natural frequency and the mode shape of the box structure are determined. According to the theory of mechanical vibration, the differential equation of vibration of multi-degree-of-freedom system of accelerator is established, and the formula of vibration response of multi-degree-of-freedom system is deduced. This paper proposes a method to improve the vibration characteristics of the structure by modifying the modal parameters. On this basis, the influencing factors of the modal parameters of the accelerator box are studied, and the dynamic characteristics of the structure of the accelerator box are analyzed theoretically. In order to further verify the rationality of the box structure, a test system, a test platform and a test scheme are designed. The rationality of the box structure is verified by processing and analyzing the vibration test data. On the basis of the dynamic characteristic analysis and experimental study of the accelerator box, the design of the box structure is improved. The optimal structural scheme of the accelerator box is obtained by the combination of scheme design and dimension optimization. The research in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the dynamic design and improvement of the structure of the accelerator system, and also provides a certain reference for the structural design of the subsequent gearbox.
