【摘要】:空间飞轮机构混合陶瓷球轴承的动态摩擦力矩易受宽温域环境影响而产生波动,分析了温度引起轴承动态摩擦力矩波动的原因及过程,研究了轴承在工作温度范围内摩擦力矩的变化趋势,通过飞轮机构的热真空运转试验可知:当工作温度降至-20℃时,轴承的摩擦力矩值较20℃时提高33.3%~50.0%;当工作温度升高至60℃时,轴承的摩擦力矩值较20℃时降低25%。
[Abstract]:The dynamic friction torque of hybrid ceramic ball bearing of space flywheel mechanism is easy to fluctuate due to the wide temperature range. The cause and process of dynamic friction torque fluctuation caused by temperature are analyzed. The variation trend of friction torque in the working temperature range of bearing is studied.
