静压主轴轴心轨迹的主动控制

【摘要】:为实现活塞椭圆销孔加工的新方法,需要主轴轴心沿着期望的小椭圆轨迹运动。对一种液压伺服回路系统进行深入研究,利用回路中的电液伺服阀来主动控制轴心的运动轨迹。首先建立主轴的动力学方程,并联立雷诺方程、流量连续性方程及承载力公式,获得了轴心运动坐标与电液伺服阀控制参数的定量关系。最后利用MATLAB软件得到轴心运动轨迹为椭圆时,伺服阀的控制参数及静压油腔的压力参数,这为活塞椭圆销孔精密加工新方法的后续实现奠定了理论基础。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the new machining method of piston elliptic pin hole, it is necessary for the spindle axis to move along the desired small elliptical trajectory. A kind of hydraulic servo loop system is deeply studied. The electro-hydraulic servo valve in the loop is used to actively control the motion trajectory of the axis. Firstly, the dynamic equations of the spindle, the parallel vertical Reynolds equation, the flow continuity equation and the bearing capacity formula are established. The quantitative relationship between the axis motion coordinate and the control parameters of the electro-hydraulic servo valve is obtained. Finally, the control parameters of the servo valve and the pressure parameters of the hydrostatic oil chamber are obtained by using MATLAB software when the axis motion track is elliptical. This lays a theoretical foundation for the following realization of the new precision machining method for piston elliptical pin holes.
