工程机械湿式多盘制动器关键元件的性能研究

【摘要】:湿式多盘制动器是工程机械的核心部件,在复杂的工作条件下容易出现制动器的磨损、翘曲和变形从而导致失效。为了提高湿式多盘制动器的性能和使用寿命,本文分析了造成其失效的原因;并以湿式多盘制动器为研究对象,建立了三维有限元模型,运用ANSYS workbench14.0软件对关键元件的性能进行了研究;最后通过对制动器的制动过程进行模拟分析,得到了湿式多盘制动器的初始压力分布和特殊工况下的温度场和热应力的分布。具体的工作内容如下: 在分析湿式多盘制动器工作原理和掌握国内外的研究现状的基础上,对关键元件制动过程中热量的产生、热传导方程和非线性接触理论进行了阐述。运用有限元法求解了湿式多盘制动器的热应力耦合问题及其结构的非线性问题。 依据湿式多盘制动器的结构参数和材料参数,建立了三维有限元模型,并对模型进行了必要的简化和假设,确定了湿式多盘制动器的载荷和边界条件。在此基础上运用ANSYS workbench软件对其进行模拟制动过程,且得到了开有8个径向油槽的湿式多盘制动器的应力分布云图和热应力耦合的分布云图。 探讨了在特殊工况下,制动器的温度和应力分布规律。依据该分布规律得出温度分布不均匀是导致制动器摩擦盘产生变形、裂纹直至失效的主要原因。为得到制动过程中摩擦盘的温度变化情况,根据以上分析的结果设计了一个温度测量系统,该系统可以实现对制动器温度的实时监测和控制。
[Abstract]:Wet multi-disc brake is the core part of construction machinery. In order to improve the performance and service life of wet multi-disc brake, it is easy to wear, warp and deform the brake under complex working conditions. In this paper, the causes of the failure are analyzed, and the 3D finite element model is established, and the performance of the key components is studied by using ANSYS workbench14.0 software, taking the wet multi-disc brake as the research object. Finally, the initial pressure distribution of wet multi-disc brake and the distribution of temperature field and thermal stress under special working conditions are obtained by simulating and analyzing the braking process of the brake. The specific work contents are as follows:. On the basis of analyzing the working principle of wet multi-disc brake and mastering the research status at home and abroad, the heat production in the braking process of key components is analyzed. The heat conduction equation and nonlinear contact theory are described. The thermal stress coupling problem of wet multi-disc brake and the nonlinear problem of its structure are solved by finite element method. According to the structural and material parameters of wet multi-disc brake, a three-dimensional finite element model is established, and the model is simplified and hypothesized. The load and boundary conditions of wet multi-disc brake are determined. On the basis of this, the braking process is simulated by ANSYS workbench software. The stress distribution cloud diagram and thermal stress coupling cloud diagram of wet multi-disc brake with 8 radial oil grooves are obtained. The distribution law of temperature and stress of brake under special working condition is discussed. According to the distribution law, it is concluded that the uneven temperature distribution leads to the deformation of brake friction disk. In order to obtain the temperature change of friction disk during braking, a temperature measuring system is designed according to the above analysis results, which can realize the real-time monitoring and control of brake temperature.
