双环变速器的干涉和动力学仿真分析

【摘要】:双环变速器是国内开发的一类少齿差行星变速器,其结构原理上与三环变速器类似。它采用了“平行轴传动”的模式,能单轴或多轴输出动力,具有功率分流、内齿啮合和多齿接触的特点。在冶金、矿山、石油、造船和起重运输等领域内有广泛应用。 双环变速器属于少齿差内齿行星传动的一种,由于内啮合齿轮容易产生齿廓干涉,而少齿差传动的干涉问题更加突出,因此,深入研究双环变速器传动原理、运动规律及几何参数的设计方法是非常必要的,而研究环式变速器的干涉现象,并对齿轮参数及相关误差对干涉的敏感性进行分析,对于合理分配零件的公差以及完善环板变速器的设计具有理论和设计意义。 本文以某减速器公司生产的实验双环变速器为研究背景,详细讨论了双环变速器的结构形式、基本原理和机构的特点,载荷的输入输出特性和结构形式的关系等。 首先,通过对双环变速器输入方式和过死点位置的受力特性对比分析,确定了实验双环变速器过死点时存在的问题。结合实验双环变速器的设计参数,对其齿顶圆尺寸、重合度、装配条件及齿廓干涉限制条件进行了分析计算,从设计参数合理性方面对实验双环变速器进行验证。 其次,针对环式变速器容易产生齿廓重叠干涉的问题,本文在考虑啮合齿轮误差的基础上,推导了齿廓重叠干涉限制条件的最小许用值[G5]的计算式,除考虑了包含齿厚偏差、齿距偏差、中心距偏差外,还引入了螺旋角偏差,孔距偏差和齿圈径向跳动误差的影响。比前人对[Gs]许用值的计算考虑得更加全面。 再者,考虑齿轮加工误差对齿廓干涉的影响特点,本文针对不同误差对齿廓干涉的影响进行了分析,确定了齿廓干涉参数对不同误差的敏感性。为合理分配零件的加工公差,避免齿廓干涉,降低制造成本提供理论依据。并对实验双环变速器的干涉参数进行检验。 最后,基于某减速机制造公司设计的实验双环变速器的几何尺寸及设计条件,利用Pro/E三维建模并整机装配后,导入ADAMS中定义约束并进行运动与动力学仿真。通过仿真得到了输入输出转速,内外齿轮啮合力以及行星轴承受力的曲线图;通过对仿真结果的具体分析,得到了双环变速器主要传动零件的受力规律,分析结果为实验双环变速器的性能设计提供了参考数据。 本次研究工作丰富了环板变速器的设计和干涉实验理论,为合理分配环板变速器的齿轮公差提供了理论指导。
[Abstract]:Double loop transmission is a kind of domestic development of small teeth difference planetary transmission structure, its principle is similar with tricyclic transmission. It uses a "parallel shaft transmission" mode, can be single or multi axis output power with power split characteristics internal gear and multi tooth contact. In the metallurgical mines., oil, shipbuilding and hoisting and transportation fields are widely used.
A double loop transmission belongs to the few teeth difference planetary gear drive, the internal gear is prone to interference of tooth profiles, and the interference problem of small tooth difference transmission is more prominent, therefore, in-depth study of double loop transmission principle, design method of motion and geometric parameters is essential, interference research ring type transmission, and analysis of the interference sensitivity of gear parameters and relative error, for the reasonable distribution of the tolerances of the parts and has theoretical significance to perfect the design and design of ring plate transmission.
Based on the experimental double ring transmission produced by a reducer company, the structure form, basic principle and mechanism characteristics of double loop transmission, the relationship between input and output characteristics and structure form of load are discussed in detail.
First of all, through the analysis of the double loop transmission input mode and over dead point position of the stress characteristics of comparison, determine the existence of dead loop transmission experiment problems. Combined with the design parameters of double loop transmission, the addendum circle size, coincidence degree, assembly condition and tooth profile interference conditions are analyzed and calculated from the aspect of rationality, the design parameters to verify the experimental loop transmission.
Secondly, for ring type transmission to profile overlap interference problems, considering the gear error on the derived profile overlap interference constraints of the minimum allowable value calculation formula of [G5], in addition to considering the included tooth thickness deviation, pitch deviation, center distance deviation, also introduced effect of helix angle deviation, hole pitch deviation and the tooth ring radial runout error. The allowable value of [Gs] than the previous calculation considered more comprehensive.
Furthermore, considering the influence of characteristics of gear machining error of tooth profile interference, this article analyzes the effect of different errors on tooth profile interference was carried out, determined the sensitivity parameters of different tooth profile interference error. For the reasonable distribution of machining tolerances of parts, to avoid the interference of tooth profiles, reduce manufacturing cost and provide a theoretical basis and parameters of the interference. The double loop transmission test.
Finally, the geometric dimensions and design experiments double transmission design of a reducer manufacturing company based on the use of Pro/E three-dimensional modeling and assembly, the import ADAMS constraint definition and kinematic and kinetic simulation. Through the simulation of input and output speed, and the meshing force of gear and planetary bearing force curve through concrete; the analysis of simulation results, the main drive of double loop transmission parts of the stress distribution, the analysis results provide reference data for the design of double loop transmission performance experiment.
This study enriches the design of the annular plate transmission and the theory of interference experiment, which provides theoretical guidance for the rational distribution of the gear tolerances of the ring plate transmission.
