防爆叉车的设计研究

【摘要】:普通装卸机械在可燃爆炸性环境作业过程中,可能会因火花、静电、过热等因素导致引燃或引爆事故,,随着装卸搬运机械应用领域的拓展,防爆技术的作用和地位日益显现。 论文对0.4吨防爆叉车总体方案、工作原理进行了分析研究,对行驶系统、液压系统、车架及工作装置、电气控制系统等进行了设计、计算,完成了主要元器件的选型与校核;针对易燃易爆危险场所蓄电池防爆叉车的安全状况,进行了防爆系统的设计研究,通过采取相应措施消除、控制引燃(爆)源,从而达到整车防爆特性;最后对样机性能进行了测试,表明整机性能与防爆性能满足使用要求。
[Abstract]:In the process of combustible explosive environment, common handling machinery may cause ignition or detonation accidents due to spark, static electricity, overheating and other factors. With the development of the application field of handling and handling machinery, the role and status of explosion-proof technology is becoming more and more obvious. In this paper, the general scheme and working principle of 0.4 ton explosion-proof forklift are analyzed and studied. The driving system, hydraulic system, frame and working device, electrical control system are designed, and the main components are selected and checked. In view of the safety condition of accumulator explosion-proof forklift truck in flammable and explosive dangerous place, the explosion-proof system is designed and studied. By taking corresponding measures to eliminate and control ignition (detonation) source, the explosion-proof characteristic of the whole vehicle is achieved. Finally, the performance of the prototype is tested, which shows that the performance and explosion-proof performance of the whole machine can meet the requirements.
