中小吨位汽车起重机车架主体拼装线标准工时的研究

【摘要】:本文以中小吨位汽车起重机车架主体拼装过程为研究对象,以拼装线的标准工时为研究内容,探讨了F公司车间中小吨位汽车起重机车架主体拼装线标准工时的制定和改善。 随着国内对重型机械需求的增加,重型机械市场的竞争日益加剧。起重机制造企业若想生存与发展,就必须要降低成本、提升效率。然而,在我们现行的生产过程中,由于设计制造方法不当,以及管理上的各种漏洞,导致生产过程中浪费的非生产性时间与完成产品作业所需时间的比值较大。所以标准工时制定,对企业提高竞争力,面对激烈的市场竞争有非常重要的作用。 制定合理的标准工时是科学管理的最基本也是最重要的工作之一。没有标准工时,就不能进行生产管理的第一步。应用标准工时可以使整个生产系统里的所有员工都可以客观准确的进行计划、实施并评估工作结果。 现阶段,企业进行标准工时的制定主要有两种方法:秒表法和模特法。秒表法是通过现场实测操作,得到观测时间,通过评估后得到正常时间,加上宽放时间后得到标准工时。模特法(MOD法)不需要现场实测,在制定了标准化作业后,可以根据动素分析制定出标准工时,模特法是预定时间标准法中的一种。 本文应用秒表法和模特法,很容易的找出F公司车间中小吨位汽车起重机车架主体拼装线的瓶颈等一些生产管理问题,并对这些问题进行了诊断和改善。
[Abstract]:Taking the main body assembly process of medium and small tonnage truck cranes as the research object and the standard working hours of assembly lines as the research contents, this paper discusses the formulation and improvement of standard working hours for the main body assembly lines of medium and small tonnage truck cranes in the workshop of F Company. With the increasing demand for heavy machinery in China, the competition in the heavy machinery market is becoming more and more intense. If crane manufacturers want to survive and develop, they must reduce costs and improve efficiency. However, in our current production process, Due to improper design and manufacturing methods and various loopholes in management, the ratio of unproductive time wasted in the production process to the time required to complete the product work is larger. Therefore, the establishment of standard working hours can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In the face of fierce market competition has a very important role. Setting reasonable standard working hours is one of the most basic and important tasks in scientific management. The application of standard working hours enables all employees throughout the production system to plan, implement, and evaluate work results objectively and accurately. At the present stage, there are mainly two methods for establishing standard man-hours in enterprises: stopwatch method and model method. The stopwatch method is operated on the spot, the observation time is obtained, and the normal time is obtained after evaluation. Standard man-hour can be obtained by adding broad-release time. MOD method does not need to be measured on the spot. After the standardized operation is established, the standard man-hour can be worked out according to the dynamic element analysis, and the model method is one of the scheduled time standard methods. In this paper, the stopwatch method and model method are used to find out some production management problems such as the bottleneck of the main assembly line of the middle and small tonnage truck crane frame in the workshop of F Company, and to diagnose and improve these problems.
