离散制造企业基于SOA的业务集成平台实施应用研究

【摘要】:随着企业信息化产业的高速发展,各类信息化管理软件层出不穷且趋于专业化,许多企业的信息化建设重点已从原来单个完整的软件系统建设转向通过各类专业化软件的集成来协作完成企业日常业务工作。为了迎合信息化集成的发展趋势,1996年Gartner首次提出了SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture,面向服务的架构)思想,旨在解决这些问题,使企业信息化达到“业务敏捷”的目标。 本文研究目标——某国有烟草机械制造企业,作为中等规模离散装备制造企业的典型代表,也同样面临着组织结构复杂、业务需求多样、各类应用系统繁多等问题,同时信息化系统的维护、功能升级、新增开发内容交错展开,使得信息化系统建设与集成的实施过程遇到了种种困境。 本文针对目标企业信息化集成汇总所面临的上述问题,以SOA为核心思想,依托Cordys BOP集成中间件,建立基于SOA的业务集成平台,并围绕着业务集成平台的具体实施应用过程进行讨论。为此,本文从实际企业需求出发,以满足企业需求、解决企业实际问题为主线,从数据集成、业务流程集成以及综合集成三方面着手,分别对企业实施SOA集成的具体过程进行研究,具体包括: 1)数据集成方面,本文通过对供应商、客商数据集成业务的研究,实现了ERP、CRM、业务集成平台间集成,采用MDM(Master Data Management,主数据管理)技术解决了企业中公共基础数据的同步性问题。对于数据集成实现的研究内容包括:基于XML的数据实体构建、基于XSLT的数据映射关系构建、MDM模型建立、同步过程状态机模型建立等。 2)业务流程集成方面,本文通过对生产过程质量问题处理业务的研究,实现了MES与业务集成平台间的集成,采用BPM(Business Process Management,业务流程管理)技术实现了跨系统流程业务功能组合。对于业务集成实现的研究包括:各业务处理过程的BPM模型建立、基于Web Service的自动处理流程活动以及基于XFORM的人工处理流程活动的建立以及基于MessageMap的流程数据传递等。 3)综合集成方面,,本文通过对新增物料数据集成及验证业务的研究,综合运用了基于Web服务的接口交互技术、基于BPM的业务流程整合以及基于MDM的数据整合技术,实现了PDM、ERP、业务集成平台间的集成,并对业务系统接口服务化、BPM服务化技术进行了研究,提出并实现了基于SOA Grid的服务管理技术模型。 最后,本文通过以企业实际运行过程效果来验证了基于SOA的业务集成平台在实现企业信息化数据集成及业务集成的可行性及有效性。 作为新兴的企业架构模式,SOA目前处于发展初期,企业成功实施案例较少,且国内外研究重点大多集中在对于SOA相关理论的论证及中间件技术的研究,而对于集成应用的研究相对较少。因此,本文旨在通过从实际的企业实施案例着手,对特定企业环境下的SOA应用方案及实施过程进行研究,有助于推动SOA的工程化发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of enterprise information technology industry, various types of information management software and tends to emerge in an endless stream of specialization, informatization construction of many enterprises from the construction of software system of the original single complete steering through professional software integration to accomplish the daily operations of the enterprise. In order to cater to the development trend of information integration, 1996 Gartner first proposed SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture, service oriented architecture), aims to solve these problems, make the enterprise informatization to achieve "business agility".
The goal of this research, a state-owned tobacco machinery manufacturing enterprises, as a typical medium-sized discrete equipment manufacturing enterprises, is also faced with a complex structure, diverse business needs, there are problems in all kinds of application system, and maintenance of information system function upgrade, new development staggered, the implementation process of construction and integration of information the system has encountered difficulties.
In this paper, the target enterprise information integration of the above problems faced by taking SOA as the core idea, relying on Cordys BOP integration middleware, establish business integration platform based on SOA, and around to discuss specific implementation and application process of business integration platform. Therefore, this article from the actual needs of the enterprise, in order to meet the needs of the enterprise, solve real business the main problem, from data integration, business process integration and the integration of three aspects, respectively, for enterprises to implement the specific process of SOA integration are studied, including:
1) data integration, based on the research of data integration service suppliers, customers, to achieve the ERP, CRM, business integration platform integration, using MDM (Master Data Management, master data management) technology to solve the synchronization problem of public infrastructure in the enterprise data. The research content for data integration including: construction the XML data entity based on construction of data mapping based on XSLT MDM model, the synchronization process established state machine model.
2) business process integration, based on the research of the quality problems in production process of the business, realize the integration between MES and business integration platform, using BPM (Business Process Management, business process management) technology to realize cross system business processes functional combination. For business integration implementations include: the establishment of BPM business process the process model, based on the automatic processing of Web Service process activities and the establishment of artificial processing activities based on XFORM and process data transfer based on MessageMap.
3) integration, based on the research of new material data integration and verification services, the integrated use of the interface technology based on Web service, based on the BPM business process integration and data integration based on MDM technology, the realization of the PDM, ERP, integrated business integration platform, and business system interface service BPM, service technology research, proposed and implemented technology service management model based on Grid SOA.
Finally, we verify the feasibility and effectiveness of SOA based business integration platform in realizing enterprise information data integration and business integration.
As a new enterprise architecture, SOA is currently in the early stages of development, the enterprise had fewer cases of successful implementation, and the focus of the research are focused on argumentation and middleware technology for SOA related theory, and the study of the integrated application of relatively small. Therefore, this article aims at the implementation of the case from the actual enterprise to study the application of SOA project specific business environment and the implementation process, help to promote the development of SOA project.
