纯滚动接触直动从动件盘形凸轮机构研究

【摘要】:凸轮机构由于结构简单、易于实现复杂的运动规律,因此广泛应用于众多机械中。但是由于凸轮与从动件之间的高副接触方式会增加机构的功率损耗,因此对其在高效率传动系统中的使用形成了较大限制。如何实现直动从动件凸轮机构的纯滚动接触是解决相对滑动接触方式,并迅速提高凸轮机构工作效率的最有效途径。 本文基于“两构件的相对运动可以用与这两构件相固连的一对瞬心线的纯滚动来实现”这一瞬心线性质,推导出能够满足预定的从动件运动规律要求的纯滚动接触直动从动件盘形凸轮机构轮廓曲线的计算公式,并分析了该种凸轮机构的临界压力角、许用压力角、机构效率、基圆半径等各项参数的特征和机构特征。根据分析结果,完成了一套能够实现预定从动件运动规律的纯滚动接触凸轮机构的完整轮廓曲线设计的方案,设计得到的凸轮机构不但能够在回程、近休止和推程的机构运动阶段保持纯滚动接触,还能实现远休止运动阶段,并且针对运动规律相同但行程大小不同的凸轮机构提出缩放轮廓的设计方式,大大简化了该种凸轮机构的制造工艺。 最后,以一个实际凸轮机构的设计为例,设计出一套完整凸轮机构轮廓曲线,并在三维软件Solidworks中建立模型,利用COSMOSMotion软件对其进行运动学仿真,测量运动过程中从动件的运动特征,发现仿真结果与计算结果一致。录制仿真了动画影象,通过在轮廓曲线上找特殊点的方法,验证了该凸轮机构在纯滚动接触阶段内接触点都在瞬心线上的特征。
[Abstract]:The cam mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, easy to realize the complex movement, so it is widely used in many machines. But due to the high side contact between cam and follower will increase the power loss mechanism, so the use of high efficiency in the transmission system of a larger limit. How to realize the straight rolling contact cam mechanism the follower is to resolve the relative sliding contact, the most effective way to rapidly improve the work efficiency and the cam mechanism.
The relative motion of two pure rolling component can be used for instantaneous line and the two component is fixedly connected based on the nature of the moment "to achieve" heart line, derived can meet the predetermined requirements of follower motion of pure rolling contact follower disc cam contour curve formula, and analyzed the critical pressure angle of cam mechanism, the allowable pressure angle, efficiency mechanism, characteristics and institutional characteristics of the parameters such as the radius of the circle. According to the analysis results, completed a set to be able to realize the movement rule of the driven predetermined pure rolling contact of the cam mechanism complete contour curve design, cam mechanism design can not only get in return, and push the process of nearly endless motion stage to maintain the pure rolling contact, far off stage movement can be realized, and according to the motion law of the same size but different cam stroke The design method of the zoom contour is proposed, which greatly simplifies the manufacturing process of the cam mechanism.
Finally, in order to design a practical cam mechanism as an example, a complete set of design of cam profile curve, and establish the model in three-dimensional software Solidworks, carried on the kinematics simulation by using COSMOSMotion software, the follower motion feature measurement movement process, the simulation results and the calculation results are consistent. The recording simulation animation through the method of images, find special points in the contour curve of the cam mechanism is verified, each contact point was on the centrode characteristics in pure rolling.
