旋转机械振动诊断专家系统的研究

【摘要】:电厂及电力企业的重要组成部分是电力设备,其中绝大多数电力设备是旋转机械,旋转机械对企业的生产起着举足轻重的作用,监测设备运行状态并对有故障的设备及时诊断可以避免造成经济损失防止人身危害,专家系统故障诊断利用计算机模拟人类专家进行诊断,能够快速准确地找出故障,减小企业的损失,因此研究旋转机械振动诊断专家系统有着重大的意义。 本文是应用C++Builder及Access数据库开发设计旋转机械振动诊断专家系统,旋转机械重要部件包括转子、轴承、齿轮和电机四部分,设置各部件的参数并计算其故障频率,存储到设备属性库中;归纳总结各个部件的典型故障特征、故障原因及消除故障的措施,以产生式规则的形式存储到Access数据表中形成诊断知识库;应用正反向混合推理的方法进行诊断,在进行故障诊断时,首先输入信号,通过对旋转机械部件转子、轴承、齿轮的振动信号进行频谱分析,识别出诊断对象的故障征兆,主要是故障频率及其振幅,然后对应地搜索存储于诊断知识库中的诊断知识,根据诊断对象故障特征的复杂度不同,进行正向推理或正反向推理,得出诊断结果即故障类型,列出诊断的依据和消除故障的措施,并且形成了诊断报告。系统通过对转子、轴承、齿轮四个诊断实例验证,说明了利用C++Builder及Access数据库具有的各种强大功能,开发设计的振动诊断专家系统,设计合理、科学,诊断界面友好,诊断知识丰富,维护管理方便,能够准确快速地诊断部件的常见故障。
[Abstract]:The important component of power plants and power enterprises is electric power equipment, most of which are rotating machinery, which plays an important role in the production of enterprises.Monitoring the running status of the equipment and diagnosing the faulty equipment in time can avoid the economic loss and prevent personal harm. The expert system fault diagnosis can quickly and accurately find out the fault by using the computer to simulate the human experts to diagnose,Therefore, it is of great significance to study the vibration diagnosis expert system of rotating machinery.In this paper, an expert system for vibration diagnosis of rotating machinery is developed by using C Builder and Access database. The important parts of rotating machinery include rotor, bearing, gear and motor. The parameters of each component are set and its fault frequency is calculated.It is stored in the device attribute database, the typical fault characteristics of each component, the cause of the fault and the measures to eliminate the fault are summarized, and the diagnosis knowledge base is formed in the form of the production rule in the Access data table.The method of forward and backward hybrid reasoning is used to diagnose the fault. When fault diagnosis is carried out, the signal is input first, and the vibration signals of rotor, bearing and gear of rotating machinery are analyzed by spectrum analysis, and the fault symptoms of the diagnostic object are identified by analyzing the frequency spectrum of the vibration signals of the rotor, bearing and gear of the rotating machinery.The fault frequency and its amplitude are mainly used, and then the diagnosis knowledge stored in the diagnosis knowledge base is searched correspondingly. According to the complexity of fault characteristics of the diagnosis object, forward or backward reasoning is carried out, and the diagnosis result is called fault type.List the basis for diagnosis and troubleshooting measures, and form a diagnostic report.The system is verified by four diagnostic examples of rotor, bearing and gear. It shows that the vibration diagnosis expert system developed by using C Builder and Access database has reasonable design, scientific design and friendly diagnosis interface.The diagnosis knowledge is rich, the maintenance management is convenient, can diagnose the common fault of the component accurately and quickly.
