管材立体仓库结构分析与数字化存储仿真研究

【摘要】:近年来,科学技术迅猛发展,机械行业的生产加工方式都发生了巨大改变,生产计划已经不再延续大批量生产的方式,已经逐步转变为准时加工和精益生产,计算机集成制造得到进一步发展。 论文以某造船厂的钢管原材和余料的自动化仓储和加工系统为研究对象,选题来源于企业的现代化生产管理,对物流自动化仓库的整体规划设计,对仓库货架系统进行静力学分析和稳定性分析,,建立系统的仿真模型并且将仿真系统与仓库管理系统相结合,研究内容对企业自动化建设和效率的提高具有较高的理论价值和应用价值。 采用ANSYS有限元软件对货架满载情况进行静力学分析,计算结构的应力和应变,求出内力和位移之后按强度条件和刚度条件来设计结构尺寸,并进行验算;对结构进行稳定性分析,算出极限载荷,计算结构在动力荷载作用下的响应,探讨货架结构的组成形式。 采用Flexsim系统仿真软件构建以自动化立体仓库为核心的生产工艺系统的仿真模型,对该系统运行状态进行可视化研究,通过观察模型的运行情况和分析仿真结果,验证分析设计方案的可行性。 运用Visual C#.net语言作为软件设计平台,结合数据库技术和系统仿真技术,开发设计自动化立体仓库和钢管加工管理系统,对生产物流系统进行有效管理和控制。 期望通过对自动化立体仓库的合理的整体设计规划,提高仓库的空间利用率,满足企业的需要;通过对生产系统建模和优化来提高管材立体仓库的运行效率,提高企业的生产效率,增加企业的竞争力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, great changes have taken place in the mode of production and processing in the machinery industry. The production plan has been gradually transformed into just-in-time processing and lean production instead of the mode of mass production.Computer integrated manufacturing has been further developed.The thesis takes the automatic storage and processing system of steel pipe raw material and surplus material in a shipyard as the research object. The topic comes from the modern production management of the enterprise and the overall planning and design of the logistics automation warehouse.The statics analysis and stability analysis of the warehouse shelf system are carried out, the simulation model of the system is established and the simulation system is combined with the warehouse management system.The research content has high theoretical value and application value for the construction of enterprise automation and the improvement of efficiency.The ANSYS finite element software is used to analyze the full load of the shelves, and the stress and strain of the structure are calculated. After the internal forces and displacements are calculated, the structural dimensions are designed according to the strength and stiffness conditions, and the checking calculation is carried out.The stability of the structure is analyzed, the ultimate load is calculated, the response of the structure under the dynamic load is calculated, and the composition of the shelf structure is discussed.Flexsim system simulation software is used to construct the simulation model of the production process system, which is based on the automatic three-dimensional warehouse. The visual research on the running state of the system is carried out, and the running situation of the model is observed and the simulation results are analyzed.Verify the feasibility of analyzing the design scheme.Using Visual C#.net language as the software design platform, combining database technology and system simulation technology, the automatic three-dimensional warehouse and steel pipe processing management system are developed, and the production logistics system is managed and controlled effectively.It is expected to improve the space utilization ratio of the warehouse and meet the needs of the enterprise through the rational overall design planning of the automated three-dimensional warehouse, and to improve the operation efficiency of the tube three-dimensional warehouse by modeling and optimizing the production system.Improve the production efficiency of enterprises, increase the competitiveness of enterprises.
