柔性膜盘联轴器动力学特性研究

【摘要】:柔性膜盘联轴器是大型回转设备的重要连接装置,具有高转速,高回转力,高扭矩,高容差的特性,联轴器的动力特性优劣直接影响到整机运行可靠性、寿命和经济指标,因此对其进行理论分析具有重要的意义。 本文以华科公司HPCK-250-01型联轴器为研究对象,建立离散当量系统模型,并结合稳定性良好的传递矩阵法,建立了联轴器弯-扭-轴振动的模型和数学表达式,对联轴器在刚性支承条件下,弯-扭-轴向振动进行了求解。 然后结合有限元基本理论,分别在ANSYS环境下和ABAQUS环境下建立柔性膜盘联轴器不同膜盘厚度的三维有限元模型,对应实际工作中的四种不同工况,分别对其进行振动特性分析。并对0.85厚度模型,进行静应力分析,稳态动应力分析,瞬态动应力,谐响应分析得到联轴器在额定工况下的力学特性。此外,还对该膜盘联轴器和经过实际检验的较为成熟EKK膜盘联轴器,分别进行稳态不平衡响应分析,并进行数据对比,检验联轴器力学性能与成熟产品相比的优劣。 通过对比传递矩阵法和有限单元法得到的联轴器固有频率和振型图能够发现,计算结果相互吻合,说明本文提出的联轴器弯-扭-轴振动模型是合理可行的,通过计算得到了该膜盘联轴器的基本动力特性和应力分析结果,由数据可知满足设计要求。这为柔性膜盘联轴器复杂振动形式的研究和分析以及下一步对产品的改进和优化提供了理论参考。
[Abstract]:Flexible film disk coupling is an important connection device of large rotary equipment. It has the characteristics of high rotational speed, high rotation force, high torque and high tolerance. The dynamic characteristics of the coupling directly affect the reliability, life and economic index of the whole machine.Therefore, the theoretical analysis is of great significance.In this paper, the model of discrete equivalent system is established, and the model and mathematical expression of the bending torsional shaft vibration of the coupling are established with the transfer matrix method of good stability.The bending-torsional-axial vibration of the coupling is solved under the condition of rigid support.Then, based on the basic theory of finite element, three dimensional finite element models of flexible disk coupling with different thickness of film disk are established under ANSYS and ABAQUS environment respectively. The vibration characteristics of flexible disk coupling are analyzed according to four different working conditions.For the 0.85 thickness model, static stress analysis, steady state dynamic stress analysis, transient dynamic stress and harmonic response analysis are carried out to obtain the mechanical characteristics of the coupling under rated working conditions.In addition, the unbalance response of the film disk coupling and the mature EKK membrane disk coupling are analyzed respectively, and the data are compared to verify the mechanical properties of the coupling compared with the mature products.By comparing the natural frequency and vibration pattern of coupling obtained by transfer matrix method and finite element method, it can be found that the calculated results are consistent with each other, which shows that the model of bending torsional shaft vibration proposed in this paper is reasonable and feasible.The basic dynamic characteristics and stress analysis results of the membrane disk coupling are obtained by calculation, and the data can be seen to meet the design requirements.This provides a theoretical reference for the study and analysis of the complex vibration forms of flexible film disk coupling and for the further improvement and optimization of the products.
