叉车总体设计CAD技术研究

【摘要】:目前,叉车行业有着良好的发展前景,同时也面临着激烈的竞争。为了适应市场需求,促进叉车的系列化设计,加快新产品开发速度,提高整机的性能和质量,本课题尝试开发了一套适用于叉车总体设计的专业CAD软件。 以平衡重式叉车为研究对象,具体探讨了总体计算、部件选配可视化、稳定性试验可视化、总体布置图参数化和文档自动化技术等内容。基于面向对象的方法,分析了总体设计的要求及其CAD系统的功能。将该CAD系统划分为若干模块,并具体分析了主要模块的结构和功能。通过系统集成技术将各个模块有机的结合在一起,以实现叉车总体设计的功能。以3.5t叉车为例,介绍了该CAD系统的基本操作以及总体设计的一般流程。 稳定性试验与叉车的安全性密切相关。在探索总体设计CAD的过程中,基于计算机图形学理论,本课题重点研究了叉车稳定性试验的可视化模拟。通过分析稳定性试验的原理和过程,揭示了稳定性试验和空间变换的内在联系,并抽象出了简化的三维试验模型。采用三维几何变换,能描述稳定性试验中一系列的平移和旋转运动;应用轴测投影变换,可以解决三维试验模型在二维设备中的显示问题。因此,基于空间变换方法,采用Visual C++编程实现了叉车稳定性试验在计算机屏幕上的动态显示,从而完成了稳定性试验的可视化模拟。 该CAD系统集成了可视化设计、参数化设计、文档自动化技术和数据库技术等,并在三维可视化方面做了深入地研究。这种软件的开发思路和方法对CAD技术在工业车辆设计中的应用具有一定的意义。
[Abstract]:At present, forklift industry has a good development prospects, but also faces fierce competition. In order to meet the market demand, promote the serial design of forklift truck, speed up the development of new products, and improve the performance and quality of the whole machine, this paper tries to develop a set of professional CAD software suitable for the overall design of forklift truck. Taking the balanced heavy forklift truck as the research object, this paper discusses in detail the contents of the overall calculation, the visualization of component selection, the visualization of stability test, the parameterization of the overall layout plan and the technology of document automation, etc. Based on the object-oriented method, the requirements of the overall design and the functions of the CAD system are analyzed. The CAD system is divided into several modules, and the structure and function of the main modules are analyzed in detail. In order to realize the function of the overall design of forklift truck, all modules are organically combined by system integration technology. Taking 3.5 t forklift as an example, this paper introduces the basic operation of the CAD system and the general process of the overall design. The stability test is closely related to the safety of forklift truck. In the course of exploring the overall design of CAD, based on the theory of computer graphics, this paper focuses on the visual simulation of forklift truck stability test. By analyzing the principle and process of the stability test, the internal relationship between the stability test and the spatial transformation is revealed, and the simplified three-dimensional test model is abstracted. The 3D geometric transformation can describe a series of translation and rotation motions in the stability test, and the axial projection transformation can be used to solve the display problem of the 3D test model in the two-dimensional equipment. Therefore, based on the spatial transformation method, the dynamic display of the forklift stability test on the computer screen is realized by using Visual C programming, and the visual simulation of the stability test is completed. The CAD system integrates visual design, parametric design, document automation and database technology. The development idea and method of this software have certain significance for the application of CAD technology in industrial vehicle design.
