滑动轴承状态声发射监测技术研究及其工程应用

【摘要】:滑动轴承是汽轮发电机组轴系的重要支撑部件,其良好的工作状态是保证整个机组安全稳定运行的基础。因此,研究滑动轴承状态与其声发射信号特征之间的定性或定量关系,开发出用于滑动轴承状态监测的应用技术,对维护设备安全运行具有十分重要的理论价值和工程指导作用。 基于LabVIEW软件平台,本文开发了基于声发射技术的滑动轴承状态监测系统,在实验室对该系统的性能进行了实验验证。实验结果表明:该系统反应灵敏,准确可靠,操作方便;且在对连续型声发射信号的趋势分析上,优于PAC公司生产的PCI-2型声发射检测仪。 本文根据滑动轴承的工作特点,建立了摩擦功率损失与转速、油温、油压、轴承静载荷之间的定性关系。提出了大型汽轮发电机组滑动轴承状态声发射监测方案。并使用开发出的声发射检测系统进行工程应用试验,对300MW及600MW汽轮发电机组启动全过程中滑动轴承状态进行监测。对现场监测结果进行分析发现:轴承油膜较厚时,声发射信号较强;油膜较薄时,声发射信号较弱;油膜消失产生干摩擦时,声发射信号又急剧增强,当滑动轴承润滑工况严重恶化时,声发射信号大幅范围内跳动。通过与振动信号测试系统相比,滑动轴承声发射监测系统灵敏度高,监测结果准确,可靠。 通过对理论研究和试验研究结果进行深入对比分析,找到了滑动轴承声发射信号特征随滑动轴承润滑状态的变化规律,为实时诊断滑动轴承的状态提供了重要依据。
[Abstract]:Sliding bearing is an important supporting part of turbogenerator shafting, and its good working condition is the basis to ensure the safe and stable operation of the whole unit. Therefore, the qualitative or quantitative relationship between the state of sliding bearing and its acoustic emission signal characteristics is studied, and the applied technology for monitoring the state of sliding bearing is developed. It has very important theoretical value and engineering guidance to maintain the safe operation of equipment. Based on the LabVIEW software platform, this paper develops a sliding bearing state monitoring system based on acoustic emission technology. The performance of the system is verified experimentally in the laboratory. The experimental results show that the system is sensitive, accurate, reliable and easy to operate, and is superior to the PCI-2 acoustic emission detector produced by PAC in analyzing the trend of continuous acoustic emission signals. According to the working characteristics of sliding bearing, the qualitative relationship between friction power loss and rotational speed, oil temperature, oil pressure and bearing static load is established in this paper. A scheme of acoustic emission monitoring for the condition of sliding bearing of large turbogenerator set is presented. Using the developed acoustic emission testing system to carry out engineering application tests to monitor the state of sliding bearing in the whole process of start-up of 300MW and 600MW turbogenerator sets. It is found that the acoustic emission signal is stronger when the oil film is thick, the acoustic emission signal is weak when the oil film is thin, and the acoustic emission signal increases sharply when the oil film disappears and produces dry friction. When the lubricating condition of the sliding bearing deteriorates seriously, the acoustic emission signal jumps in a large range. Compared with the vibration signal testing system, the acoustic emission monitoring system of sliding bearing has high sensitivity, accurate and reliable monitoring results. By comparing and analyzing the theoretical and experimental results, the variation of acoustic emission signal characteristics with lubricating state of sliding bearing is found, which provides an important basis for real-time diagnosis of sliding bearing state.
