起重机吊装工况选择专家系统的研究

【摘要】:随着起重机械在港口、风电、化工等大型建设工程中的广泛应用,人们对吊装方案设计的准确性、高效性和可靠性要求越来越高。目前吊装方案的制定一般以人工完成为主,存在可行性得不到验证、对资源的利用得不到合理安排等不足。针对这些不足,本文以我校与中联重科合作开发的全地面起重机大型吊装工程方案规划系统为背景,研究和实现了起重机吊装工况选择专家系统。 起重机吊装工况选择专家系统是全地面起重机大型工程吊装方案规划系统中的一个子模块。从系统的设计思路、设计参数及设计要求三个方面分析了吊装工况选择专家系统的需求。构建了起重机工况选择专家系统的整体结构,,为系统设计了专家系统核心功能、界面操作、基本操作共三个主要模块包,其中专家系统核心模块包由知识库、推理机、综合数据库。采用产生式表示法,建立了包括实例库和规则库的知识库,采用正向推理的基本思想实现了系统的推理机制,建立了支持整个方案规划系统的综合数据库。研究和实现了吊装工况选择的关键参数计算,包括虚拟场景信息数据的自动获取,起重机作业半径、起吊高度、起重量、倍率等因素的校核以及运动保护的计算。 基于以上研究,将本文开发的起重机吊装工况选择专家系统嵌入全地面起重机大型吊装工程方案规划系统中,并在企业获得成功应用,验证起重机工况选择专家系统选择的吊装工况的正确性和可行性。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of hoisting machinery in port, wind power, chemical engineering and other large-scale construction projects, people demand more and more high accuracy, efficiency and reliability for the design of hoisting scheme. At present, the design of hoisting scheme is mainly done manually, and the feasibility can not be verified and the utilization of resources can not be reasonably arranged. In view of these shortcomings, this paper studies and implements an expert system for crane hoisting condition selection based on the scheme planning system of large-scale hoisting engineering for all ground cranes developed jointly by our university and Zhonglian heavy department. The expert system for crane hoisting condition selection is a sub-module in the hoisting scheme planning system of the whole ground crane. The requirements of the expert system for the selection of hoisting conditions are analyzed from three aspects: the design idea, the design parameters and the design requirements. The whole structure of the crane operating condition selection expert system is constructed, and three main module packages are designed for the system, such as the core function of the expert system, interface operation and basic operation, in which the core module package of the expert system is composed of knowledge base, reasoning machine, and so on. Comprehensive database The knowledge base including case base and rule base is established by using production representation. The reasoning mechanism of the system is realized by using the basic idea of forward reasoning, and a comprehensive database supporting the whole scheme planning system is established. The key parameter calculation of hoisting condition selection is studied and realized, including the automatic acquisition of virtual scene information data, crane operation radius, lifting height, lifting weight, ratio and so on, as well as the calculation of motion protection. Based on the above research, the crane hoisting condition selection expert system developed in this paper is embedded in the whole floor crane large-scale hoisting project planning system, and has been successfully applied in the enterprise. Verify the correctness and feasibility of hoisting condition selected by the crane working condition selection expert system.
