某履带起重机车架参数化分析系统开发

【摘要】:履带起重机以其接地比压小、起重量大、作业高度和幅度大、吊重作业不需打支腿、可带载行驶等优点,愈来愈显示其优越性。近年来履带起重机发展迅速。目前,履带起重机向超大吨位发展的趋势日趋明显。作为履带起重机的主要结构件之一的车架,随着产品吨位跨度的增大,外形尺寸也随之增大,但同时受各种因素的制约,在外形尺寸不能无限增大的情况下,结构型式也出现了一些新的变化。因此,对车架结构进行有限元分析计算是十分必要的。 本文分析了车架的结构特点,在有限元参数化技术、ANSYS二次开发技术、VB编程技术和数据库技术深入研究的基础上,开发了某履带起重机车架参数化分析系统。论文的主要研究工作如下: (1)本论文根据某履带起重机车架结构的工程实际和产品的设计要求,简化力学模型,提取特征参数,确定合理的单元类型、载荷及约束条件,应用ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL建立履带起重机车架结构的有限元模型; (2)对车架结构进行有限元分析,主要包括静强度分析、模态分析和瞬态分析,并根据分析结果对车架结构进行强度、刚度校核。以车架结构的总重量为优化目标,对车架的截面尺寸进行优化,得到了更为经济合理的结构。 (3)利用VB开发GUI界面的便捷性,研究开发了某履带起重机车架参数化有限元分析系统,实现了快速建模和确定工况下的计算分析等过程,为设计研发人员提供了快速简便的车架结构计算分析平台。
[Abstract]:The crawler crane has the advantages of high weight, high weight, high operation height and large range, the lifting operation does not need to hit the leg, and can carry the advantages of carrying on the load. The crawler crane has developed rapidly in recent years. At present, the trend of the crawler crane is becoming more and more obvious to the super tonnage. As the main structure of the crawler crane, the crane is the main structure of the crawler crane. One of the frame, with the increase of the tonnage span of the product, the shape size also increases, but at the same time restricted by various factors, in the condition that the shape and size can not increase infinitely, some new changes have appeared in the structure type. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out the finite element analysis and calculation of the frame structure.
In this paper, the structure characteristics of the frame are analyzed. On the basis of the finite element parameterization technology, the ANSYS two development technology, the VB programming technology and the database technology, the parameterized analysis system of a crawler crane is developed. The main research work of this paper is as follows:
(1) according to the engineering practice of a caterpillar crane frame structure and the design requirements of the product, this paper simplifies the mechanical model, extracts the characteristic parameters, determines the reasonable unit type, the load and the constraint conditions. The finite element model of the crawler crane frame structure is established by using the parametric design language of ANSYS APDL.
(2) the finite element analysis of frame structure is carried out, including static strength analysis, modal analysis and transient analysis. According to the analysis results, the strength and stiffness of the frame structure are checked. With the total weight of the frame structure as the optimization target, the cross section size of the frame is optimized and a more economical and reasonable structure is obtained.
(3) using the convenience of VB to develop the GUI interface, the parameterized finite element analysis system of a crawler crane frame is developed, and the process of fast modeling and determining the calculation and analysis under the working condition is realized, which provides a quick and convenient calculation and analysis platform for the design and development personnel.
