吉化废液焚烧炉高压热水泵转子振动性能分析

【摘要】:本课题以吉化废液焚烧炉高压热水泵转子振动问题为研究对象,分析了叶轮结构,并对其进行了受力分析,计算了轴向力、动反力与径向力。对支承该高压水泵的轴承寿命进行了计算,证明了其具有安全性。归纳了轴承-转子系统横向弯曲振动的微分方程,介绍了传递矩阵的基本理论,对高压水泵的转子进行了离散化,建立了转子振动计算模型,并归纳了对该模型进行数值求解的具体方法。通过对滚动轴承和对弹流润滑油膜的力学分析,建立了能够对滚动轴承刚度系数和阻尼系数进行计算的公式。对水泵轴承-转子系统进行集总质量离散化,通过Matlab软件编程,求解了高压水泵转子的固有频率、临界转速、振动响应、振型等振动性能参数。通过研究发现,该高压水泵在正常工作过程处于第二阶与第三阶临界转速之间,而正常实际工作转速与三阶临界转速十分接近,是导致高压泵转子长期处于较强烈振动的主要原因之一。分左叶轮偏心右叶轮不偏心、左叶伦不偏心右叶轮偏心、左右叶轮同时偏心三种情况研究受迫振动时的振幅与转速关系,绘制了相关曲线图。 本文的研究成果可以为吉化废液焚烧炉高压水泵的振动性能改进提供理论参考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the rotor vibration of high pressure hot water pump in Jihua waste liquid incinerator is studied. The impeller structure is analyzed, and the axial force, dynamic reaction force and radial force are calculated. The bearing life of the high-pressure pump is calculated and proved to be safe. The differential equation of lateral bending vibration of bearing-rotor system is summarized, the basic theory of transfer matrix is introduced, the rotor of high pressure pump is discretized, and the rotor vibration calculation model is established. The concrete method of numerical solution of the model is also summarized. Based on the mechanical analysis of rolling bearing and elastohydrodynamic lubricating oil film, a formula for calculating the stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient of rolling bearing is established. The lumped mass of water pump bearing-rotor system is discretized. The natural frequency, critical speed, vibration response and vibration mode of high pressure pump rotor are solved by Matlab software. It is found that the high pressure pump is between the second order and the third order critical speed in the normal working process, but the normal actual working speed is very close to the third order critical speed. It is one of the main reasons that the high pressure pump rotor is in strong vibration for a long time. The relationship between amplitude and rotational speed of forced vibration is studied in three cases: left impeller eccentricity, left impeller eccentric right impeller eccentricity, left impeller eccentric right impeller eccentricity and left impeller eccentricity and left impeller eccentricity. The research results in this paper can provide a theoretical reference for improving the vibration performance of high pressure water pump in Jihua waste liquid incinerator.
