安全阀用旋转切换阀流阻系数工程算法探讨

【摘要】:安全阀前加装切换阀可满足安全阀的在线备份要求,分析了相关标准对于安全阀前旋转切换阀压力损失的要求,对旋转切换阀的流阻特性进行了理论分析。按照阀门设计手册和ISO 4126-9标准中的计算方法计算旋转切换阀的流阻系数,并与DN500mm旋转切换阀样阀的流阻系数试验结果进行比较分析。结果表明,ISO 4126-9计算方法的计算结果与样阀的试验结果较为吻合,该计算方法作为一种流阻系数计算的快速有效简化方法,可用于旋转切换阀工程化应用中的结构设计与选型计算。
[Abstract]:The installation of switch valve in front of the safety valve can meet the online backup requirements of the safety valve. The pressure loss requirements of the rotary switch valve in front of the safety valve are analyzed and the flow resistance characteristics of the rotary switch valve are analyzed theoretically. According to the calculation method of valve design manual and ISO 4126-9 standard, the flow resistance coefficient of rotary switch valve is calculated and compared with that of DN500mm rotary switch valve. The results show that the calculation results of ISO 4126-9 are in good agreement with the test results of the sample valves. This method is used as a fast and effective simplified method for calculating the flow resistance coefficient. It can be used for structure design and type selection calculation in engineering application of rotary switch valve.
