基于事物特性表的零件族建模方法研究与应用

【摘要】:论文讨论了基于事物特性表的零件族建模过程,零件族几何主模型的建立方法以及零件族工艺主文档的建立方法,并结合浙江省制造业信息化重大科技攻关项目“食品饮料机械产品数字化设计与制造集成平台的开发与应用”的应用示范企业(x××集团股份有限公司)的主导产品——饮料灌装输送线的零件数据,给出了基于事物特性表的零件族建模的案例。最后论文提供了基于SML表的零件族建模分析工具。 论文首先介绍了研究背景、范围与意义。综述了产品族、零件族与变型设计技术三者间的关系以及其国内外的研究现状,零件库技术、基于事物特性表的零件族建模的相关标准等相关内容的国内外研究现状,进而给出了论文的研究内容。 在给出零件族的定义并介绍零件族建模需求的基础上,阐述了基于事物特性表的零件族建模的开发流程,并对零件族建模的开发技术进行了研究,包括对产品模块的规划,零件的基础信息分析,零件事物特性表描述技术以及零件事物特性参数值系列化的问题。 接着论文分别对零件族几何建模与零件族工艺建模进行了研究。对零件族的几何建模流程以及工艺建模流程进行说明,详细介绍了几何模型建模过程、工艺特性对几何模型的影响与工艺特性的选择等问题。为零件族主图及主工艺在变型设计系统中的实现提供数据支撑。 论文提出了对零件族建模分析工具的功能需求,并详细说明了该工具的信息需求、数据模型与数据流图,并根据对零件族建模分析工具的功能需求、数据模型、数据流图等,结合输送线零件族建模数据,给出了零件族建模分析工具的系统运行实例,最后对全文进行了总结与展望。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the modeling process of the part family based on the table-of-thing characteristic, the method of establishing the geometric master model of the family of parts and the method of establishing the master document of the process of the family of parts. The leading product of Zhejiang Province is the leading product of the important scientific and technological research project of manufacturing information in Zhejiang province, "the development and application of the integrated platform for digital design and manufacture of food and beverage machinery products", which is an application demonstration enterprise of "X 脳 脳 脳 Group Co., Ltd." -data on the parts of the beverage filling line, An example of part family modeling based on object characteristic table is given. Finally, a part family modeling and analysis tool based on SML table is provided. The paper first introduces the research background, scope and significance. This paper summarizes the relationship among product family, part family and variant design technology, as well as the research status at home and abroad, the part library technology, the related standards of modeling of part family based on the tabular characteristics of things, and so on at home and abroad. Furthermore, the research content of the thesis is given. On the basis of giving the definition of part family and introducing the requirement of part family modeling, the development process of part family modeling based on transaction characteristic table is expounded, and the development technology of part family modeling is studied, including the planning of product module. The basic information analysis of the parts, the description technology of the parts' characteristics table and the serialization of the parts' characteristic parameters. Then, the geometric modeling of part family and the process modeling of part family are studied in this paper. The geometric modeling process and process modeling flow of part family are explained. The modeling process of geometric model, the influence of process characteristics on geometric model and the selection of process characteristics are introduced in detail. It provides data support for the realization of part family master diagram and main process in variant design system. In this paper, the functional requirements of part family modeling and analysis tools are put forward, and the information requirement, data model and data flow diagram of the tool are explained in detail, and according to the function requirement, data model, data flow diagram of part family modeling and analysis tool, etc. Combined with the data of part family modeling of conveying line, the system running example of part family modeling and analysis tool is given. Finally, the full text is summarized and prospected.
